"What are the risks?" Aria asked, her voice laced with caution.
The Hunter's expression turned serious, his eyes clouding over. "There are always risks when delving into the unknown. The silence resonator is a powerful tool, and wielding it comes with its own set of challenges. We could attract unwanted attention, or worse, unleash a power that we can't control."
Aria's eyes narrowed, her grip on her cane tightening. "What kind of attention?"
The Hunter's voice dropped to a whisper. "There are those who would seek to exploit the power of silence for their own gain. They would stop at nothing to claim it for themselves."
Aria's instincts were screaming at her to be cautious. She didn't know much about the Hunter's world, but she knew that she didn't want to get caught up in something that could put her in danger.
"What's in it for you?" Aria asked, her eyes locked on the Hunter's.
The Hunter's gaze faltered for a moment, and Aria saw a glimmer of something else there, something that looked almost like vulnerability.
