Prerna tells Sun, "You remember Ishwar, right?" Sun replies, "Ishwar is the one we met at the hospital, who explained the whole situation to us." Prerna agrees with Sun, saying, "Yes." Sun then asks, "So, did you find out the truth about him?" Prerna replies, "No, Ishwar is not involved anymore." Sun cuts her off halfway through and asks, "Then why are you so happy?" Prerna, with an angry expression, says, "Let me finish my story, please." Sun apologizes and says, "Okay, sorry. Tell me, what happened?" Prerna replies, "Ishwar isn't involved, but he has a friend named Dinesh. He knows the truth." Sun, smiling and asks Prerna, "Okay, so where is this Dinesh? Do you have his address?" Prerna answers, "There's no need for that. I've brought Dinesh here." Sun asks, "Then where is Dinesh?" Prerna calls both Ishwar and Dinesh over. Sun starts asking Dinesh a lot of questions. Prerna tells Sun to ask the questions one at a time, saying, "How can you expect him to answer everything all at once?" Sun agrees and then asks Dinesh, "Where have you been all these days, and why are you now ready to tell the truth?" Dinesh replies, "Sorry, sir. Please forgive me—I couldn't save the others." Sun asks, "What happened, and why are you asking for forgiveness?" Dinesh says, "Sir, please listen to me first." Sun nods in agreement. Dinesh explains, "Sir, I work for Mallu. One day before the incident, while I was on my way home from work, I saw Mallu and another man talking behind the factory. I couldn't hear their entire conversation, but when Mallu saw me there, he called me over. When I approached Mallu, the other man had already left. Mallu said it was good that I came because he heard I needed some money. He said I'd have to do a favor for him in return." Dinesh continues, "I asked what kind of favor, and he said it wasn't anything big—I just had to change this blueprint to Suraj's blueprint." Dinesh tried to ask more questions, but Mallu said no more explanation was needed. He added, 'This new blueprint is better than Suraj's. Don't you want to make a good revolver and help the owner?' Dinesh says, "Yes, I do." Mallu warned him, "You just have to be careful that no one sees you making the changes." Dinesh asked, "Why?" Mallu replied, "Because I don't want Suraj to feel bad that we changed his blueprint. We're just using a better design." Sun says, "You believed all this? Didn't you find anything strange?" Dinesh adds, "It did to me at first, but I needed the money most."
The sun asked, "Did you see the other man's face?" Dinesh answered, "No, I didn't see it. I was quite far away, and by the time I got there, he had already left."
Prerna, angry at Dinesh, said, "Do you realize what you have done? Because of you, so many people have died and so many have been injured." Dinesh replied, "I know, I have done a very terrible thing. Please forgive me." Prerna said, "You should not ask me for forgiveness, but the families of those who died." Dinesh agreed. Sun said, "No, you should not ask for forgiveness." Prerna asked Sun, "Shouldn't he apologize? You know what you are saying." Sun explained, "What I mean is that he should not be forgiven yet. Once this Mallu and that other guy are dealt with, then he can ask for forgiveness."
Prerna asked Sun, "So, what should we do now?" Sun replied, "First, we need to tell Rohan everything." The three of them went to meet Rohan at his office. They explained everything to him. Rohan is angry at Dinesh, but Sun is calming Rohan down. Rohan said, "Good job, Sun and Prerna, you found out the truth. From here on, I'll handle everything." Sun protested, "Sir, I want to continue looking into this." Rohan said to Sun, "You know how dangerous this is. Mallu and that other guy can be very dangerous." Sun replied, "Yes, sir, I know, but I want to manage it all. Don't worry, I'm not alone. Prerna is with me." Prerna also said, "Dad, Sun is right. Both of us can catch Mallu and the other guy." Both Sun and Prerna tried to convince Rohan. Rohan agreed, "Okay, but you both take care of yourselves, and if you need me, be sure to call." Sun and Prerna happily said, "Okay, sir."
