"Sebas, how dare you walk towards Lord Renz-sama disrespectfully?" Albedo's eyes flashed with anger as she rebuked Sebas
Albedo is sweet and gentle towards the one she loves, which is now me, but she's the complete opposite towards others, especially if she thinks that person disrespected me
I nodded and with a tear on the corner of my eye, as I thought, 'Yeah, Sebas, why? I'm so close to bedding the girl of my dreams, you definitely deserve to be shouted at. You should have waited for about an hour or ten, depending on my mood, before deciding to enter.
"I apologise, Lady Albedo, however, I have urgent matters to report."
Upon reaching us, Sebas gracefully kneeled and bowed
"My Lord, we have a problem. The Great Tomb of Nazarick no longer resides in the marshes, and instead, we are on top of a village with humans below us."
My eyes widened hearing what he said because Nazarick was supposed to be relocated to the plains of the new world
So I decided to check it out myself
When I was about to walk towards the gigantic doors at the end of the throne room, I remembered there was an item here that could help me see the landscape outside
I started to look around the throne room to find the Mirror of Remote Viewing, a magic item that lets users view other locations and landscapes anywhere in the world. Something similar to a satellite
I find it in the corner of the throne room
The mirror is about 1 meter in height with an oval-shaped golden frame covering its sides and edges. I walked towards it, then swiped my hand in front of it like it's some sort of sensor faucet I usually see in mall restrooms
However nothing happened
I tried to put both my hands on its sides while sweating a little because of embarrassment
It must have been confusing for Albedo and Sebas to see me waving my hand in front of it like an idiot for almost a minute
As I started pressing it and rubbing its sides while begging it to activate, the mirror started shining, and then a large village surrounded by dense forests appeared on it
Most of the buildings in the village below are made of wood and have Japanese-inspired architecture
The village is also surrounded by a high wall, which serves as a protection against potential threats from outside
"Lord Renz-sama, I hope you'll touch me like that later in your room."
Albedo said and started hugging herself and smiling widely while blushing. Sebas looked towards her, one of his eyebrows slightly raised
'Sigh, she's hopeless, but I like it'
I zoomed it in using both of my thumb fingers like zooming on maps in my iPad, and looked closely at the village inhabitants
Soon after, I started trembling as I noticed what some of the villagers were wearing on their foreheads
They are wearing a forehead protector composed of an iron metal plate held by a band of cloth, and on the metal is the symbol of 'Konoha' engraved on it
"What's the matter, Lord Renz-sama?"
Albedo, who seemed to notice the change in my emotion, looked at me worriedly, I smiled at her reassuringly, "It's nothing Albedo" then shifted focus back on browsing the Mirror of Remote Viewing
As someone who has watched Naruto since childhood, I know very well how powerful these Ninjas are. I started to frantically browse the Mirror of Remote Viewing to find how close we were to the village
I didn't want to be seen as a threat to them and be attacked right after I arrived here; after all that happened, everything became clear: this wasn't a dream but my new reality
But after a few minutes of trying to locate our exact location, I still couldn't find The Great Tomb of Nazarick
If I remember correctly, The Great Tomb of Nazarick should look like a cemetery with mausoleums far apart from each other
But no matter how hard I tried, I still couldn't find it. I looked at Sebas and asked with urgency
"Sebas, tell me, how did you know that we had been transported to this place?"
Sebas bowed and respectfully said "My lord, I was doing my rounds as your head butler to make sure that all the maids and butlers were doing their tasks properly, but when I reached the cemetery where the entrance to the 1st floor of The Great Tomb Nazarick is located, I noticed that the mashes surrounding us has disappeared, instead, there is a village below us, the same village you are looking at"
I shook my head then I pointed toward the Mirror of Remote Viewing
"If what you said is true, we should be somewhere around this area but why can't I see the outside of The Great Tomb of Nazarick?"
Sebas looked at Albedo seemingly asking her the question I just asked him, she shook her head
"I don't know what happened, since you went out and saw it yourself, in this specific situation you know more than me Sebas"
Sebas bowed, avoiding direct eye contact, indicating his shame and embarrassment
"Forgive me my lord but I don't know the answer to your question, however, there is only one exit and entrance that connects us to the world outside"
I looked at him with a confused expression
"Please explain what you meant by one exit and one entrance"
"My lord, when I realised our perilous situation, I went outside to investigate our surroundings more closely; once I stepped outside the portal and glanced back, I could no longer see The Great Tomb Nazarick. I found out that 10 foot portal is the only thing that connects us to the new world outside"
Sebas then pointed towards the Stone faces of the previews and presented Hokage
"The portal that connects us to this new world is located in this area, we are currently on top of one of these five stone faces. Since the outsiders won't be able to see us, I decided to return here and report it to you, my lord"
Based on Sebas' explanation the ones outside couldn't see The Great Tomb of Nazarick and the only way to Enter and Exit this place was through that portal. Just what is this portal? It's like we are here but also not here
"What does the portal look like Sebas?" Albedo asks Sebas, surprising me, it's as if she's able to read my mind
"It cannot be seen by the naked eye Lady Albedo, I only felt it with my keen senses."
I sighed in relief. I don't even want to imagine what would have happened if the villagers outside could see. At best, they will ignore it thinking it will be dangerous to enter it, and at worst, they will start entering it in mass
"I see"
I started focusing on the mirror of remote viewing again and tried thinking about the entrance to the 1st floor of The Great Tomb of Nazarick, and there I saw the cemetery I'd been looking for
Looks like I can't view The Great Tomb of Nazarick while scanning the world outside, but it will show me The Great Tomb of Nazarick if I only focus on the Great Tomb of Nazarick itself
"Lord Renza-sama, are those inferior life forms that strong?"
I shook my head and said, "Yes and No. But there are a lot of them. The village in front of us is just one of the five major Villages that have tens of thousands of Ninjas living inside each of them, we shouldn't think of them lightly."
Albedo clapped and looked at me with reverence in her eyes
"As expected of you, Lord Renz-sama! You only looked at the mirror for a few minutes, and you already figured out the force they can muster against us!"
"I am also deeply impressed as well my lord."
I smiled at them wryly, both of my most beloved anime got mixed into one
