AT THE SAME TIME
JAXON'S POINT OF VIEW:
The air thickens, cold and electric, as Selene's form materializes before us. Moonlight weaves around her like a living thing, her eyes gleaming with that dangerous light only a goddess could wield. She stepped closer, gaze locked on Xavier's fragile, sleeping form in my arms. A slow smile spreads over her lips, equal parts delight and hunger.
"Well, look at this." She purrs, voice soft but commanding. "Two strong alphas are already circling the prize. How… deliciously predictable."
Michael scoffed, crossing his arms, but I can tell even he's intrigued, the way his eyes flick to Xavier, then back to Selene.
"I didn't snatch him from his world just to watch him suffer." Selene continues, voice like velvet dipped in steel. "I want to see how far I can push him. How fast can I break that stubborn shell and bend him to the game."
I tighten my hold on Xavier, muscles taut beneath his weight.
"He's not just some prize to be taken apart." I growled. "He's ours. We protect him."
Selene chuckled, the sound echoing with mischief.
"Oh, alpha, your possessiveness is delicious. But that very struggle of yours, it's what makes this so much more interesting."
Michael leans forward, voice low.
"So what's your plan? How do we get him to… accept all this faster? We need leverage."Michael asked.
Selene's eyes sparkle brighter, like she's been waiting for the question.
"That's where the system comes in. I'm weaving new threads into his code, subtle shifts to heighten desire, to amplify the pull between you all. The craving will grow stronger, almost unbearable."She said.
I swallowed hard, knowing exactly what she meant.
"We don't want to break him. Not completely."I said.
"Not break." She agreed, stepping closer until she's almost whispering in my ear. "Shape. Mold. Claim."
She pulls back, smiling slyly. "The tasks the system sets will become more provocative, more tempting. You'll find yourselves with little choice but to push those boundaries… and Xavier will crave you like never before."
"Sounds like a hell of a game."Michael smirked.
"Oh, it is. And this is just the beginning."She said.
"Together." She said softly. "We'll watch him fall… and rise as the ultimate prize."
I glance down at Xavier's sleeping face, feeling the weight of what's coming, the hunger, the claim, the impossible pull between us all. Selene's smile deepened, and she stepped closer, voice dropping into a velvety whisper that was almost hypnotic.
"There's so much more we can do." She breathed, tilting her head as if imagining the possibilities. "The system can weave in sensory tasks, teasing, touches, whispers that Xavier can't ignore. Little moments designed to unravel him."She said.
Michael's grin widens, eyes sparkling with that familiar alpha hunger.
"I like the sound of that. Make him squirm. Make him need us."Michael said.
I nod, feeling a heat rising in my chest.
"The more vulnerable he gets, the tighter our claim."I said.
Selene laughs softly, a sound full of dark promise.
"Exactly. We can increase the intensity gradually, surprise him with forbidden touches, lingering gazes that set his skin on fire, the subtle scent of your bond wrapping around him until he can't breathe without you."She grinned.
She steps back, hands clasped like a master strategist.
"Imagine a task where you have to care for him intimately, bathing him, feeding him, protecting him while he's helpless. The more you do, the deeper the bond grows."Selene said.
Michael's eyes flicker to me, a silent agreement passing between us.
"We can use that. Turn care into control."Michael nodded.
I smirked, imagining the power in that.
"And the best part? He won't even realize how much he's slipping into our world until it's too late."I said.
Selene's gaze sharpens, her voice a whisper that sends chills down my spine.
"And when he finally accepts it… when his walls crumble, and he offers himself willingly, that's when the game truly begins."She said.
I glance down at Xavier again, peaceful in sleep but already changing in ways he doesn't understand.
Michael cracked his knuckles, ready to dive into this twisted dance. Selene smiles, radiant and cruel.
"Now, go. Let the system set the next challenge. Watch as your omega falls deeper under your spell."Selene said proudly.
And with that, she fades like mist, leaving the room charged with promise, and danger.
THE NEXT MORNING
XAVIER'S POINT OF VIEW:
Before I can even sit up, the door opens, and there they are, Jaxon and Michael, both of them, looking way too serious but somehow softer when they're around me.
"Good morning, sleepyhead." Jaxon said, carrying a tray with steaming food.
Michael sets down a glass of water, smirking.
"Eat up. You need your strength."Michael said.
I swallow hard, nerves twisting in my chest. But I'm too hungry to argue. As I eat, the room suddenly flickers with that cold, digital glow, the system's voice echoing in my head.
"New task: bond (Xavier, Jaxon, Michael) - acquire new clothes together."System said.
Jaxon raises an eyebrow, glancing at Michael.
"Well, looks like we're hitting the shops."Jaxon said.
Michael chuckles, eyes sparkling with mischief.
"Guess we get to pick out some fresh threads for our stubborn little Omega."Michael said.
I stare at them, heart pounding. Clothes? With both of them? This game keeps pulling me deeper, and I don't know if I'm ready… but maybe I'm starting to want it.
The sunlight outside hits my eyes as we step out, and my heart's already doing this stupid fluttering thing. Jaxon and Michael flank me like they own the place, well, maybe they do, and I'm just trying not to trip over my own feet.
"Relax, Xavier." Michael said with that teasing grin. "We're just picking clothes. Nothing to freak out about."
Yeah, easier said than done. We walk into this huge boutique full of shiny racks and mirrors that make me want to disappear. Jaxon's already grabbing things off the shelves like he knows exactly what I need. Michael's tossing me a few shirts, and my cheeks burn as I realize some of them... actually look good.
"Try this one." Jaxon said, holding up a soft white shirt that feels way too fancy for me.
I swallow hard and slip behind a curtain to change, my hands shaking as I pull it on. The mirror's unforgiving but also... wow. The shirt hugs my body in all the right places. The sleeves make my arms look stronger, and the collar frames my neck better than anything I've ever worn. I catch Michael's smirk from the corner of the room.
"Look at you." He said, voice low and amused. "Never thought you had it in you."
I want to tell them I'm not ready for this, for the attention, the way these clothes make me feel exposed but... also kind of beautiful. But my voice gets stuck, and instead I just shuffle out from behind the curtain. Jaxon's eyes darken, and he steps closer, dropping a hand to my waist like he's claiming me already.
"You look amazing." He murmured. "This is just the beginning."
Michael chuckled, wrapping an arm around my shoulders.
"Don't worry, Omega. We'll make sure the world sees you the way we do."He said.
My stomach flips lightly, and I realize maybe... maybe I'm starting to believe them.
