Kranos took a deep breath to calm his thoughts. He stared in the direction of the vanished table, contemplating how this technique worked.
It seemed, much like the man who absorbed others' lifespans to extend his own, that he could now absorb the lifespan of… everything, converting it into time points. Kranos was shocked by the description of the technique that surfaced in his mind.
He felt his guess was the most likely explanation: Does this mean that as long as there are things I can absorb lifespan from, my time points will never run out? Then those time abilities I've been reluctant to use… Kranos's eyes widened in shock. This ability was simply too overpowered!
And it came at the perfect time!
Kranos reached into his time-space and retrieved some herbs that the alchemy master had previously given him. Time essence from his Time Palace flowed, and soon the herbs began disintegrating. In the blink of an eye, they had once again turned to dust.
