Chapter 58 - Chapter 58: A Trusted Force — Uchiha Elites and the Weapons Industry Concept

"Don't worry about it, old man. Just know that I've got it handled."

Tianyi's telepathic voice echoed in Nobuhiko's mind as he quietly assessed the group assembled before them.

His new ability to perceive favorability and loyalty made everything crystal clear. Among the fifty Uchiha chosen by his father, most held him in moderately high regard—favorability scores ranging from 30 to 80. That was workable.

But four of them? Their favorability was in the negatives.

Hostile.

They shouldn't even be here, Tianyi thought coldly.

He pinpointed their locations through mental transmission.

Uchiha Nobuhiko's expression darkened. A chilling glint flickered in his eyes as his Sharingan spun into full bloom.

"Uchiha Tie, Uchiha Qian, Uchiha Qiren, Uchiha Fei," he barked. "You four—leave. Now."

"Huh? What for, Lord Nobuhiko?" one of them asked, confused.

"Call me 'Minister' during official duties!" Nobuhiko snapped. "As for why—you know damn well. Send my regards to whoever put you up to this. You're not welcome here. Out."

Faced with the overwhelming pressure of a battle-hardened Three Tomoe Sharingan, the four men had no choice but to bow out in silence.

Three of them, Tianyi noted, belonged to the radical faction—the one that considered Nobuhiko a traitor for suppressing the Uchiha rebellion years ago.

Unifying the clan will be a long, uphill battle, Tianyi mused.

Nobuhiko seemed to agree, responding via mental link: Yes. But we're starting to build momentum.

With the security barrier now erected—dense with layered sealing runes and Five Elemental Isolation—the space was locked tight.

"Let's begin," Nobuhiko said.

Tianyi nodded and summoned forty-six contract runes from his brow. One by one, they floated to the Uchiha elites.

With no need for explanation—they'd been briefed—all of them activated their Sharingan and bound the contracts into their sea of consciousness.

Instantly, waves of change rippled through the room.

"My mental energy feels... denser."

"I can control my chakra more precisely now."

"Even my Sharingan feels steadier."

Whispers of awe spread through the square.

Tianyi turned to his father. "These effects—are they expected?"

Nobuhiko nodded. "Most likely side effects of your sealing technique. It stabilizes mental energy and suppresses overactivity. Perfect for managing Sharingan backlash."

Tianyi raised an eyebrow. "And you never mentioned this because...?"

"You didn't ask," Nobuhiko replied smugly.

Tianyi rolled his eyes and released a wave of spiritual pressure, silencing the murmurs and drawing everyone's attention.

"Everyone, quiet. What you just experienced is a minor benefit. What I'm about to give you next—this is the real prize."

He stepped forward and pressed a glowing fingertip to each clan member's brow, one at a time.

Within minutes, the entire square was full of Uchiha meditating with furrowed brows, processing the influx of knowledge.

Tianyi didn't teach them everything. Only the foundational skills:

—Traditional Huxia Martial Arts (Ming Jin stage) —Tianyi Chakra Refinement Technique (Full) —Sharingan Awakening Method

Advanced meditations and chakra circulation were withheld for now. Those would be part of the clan's new merit-based reward system.

By the time the Uchiha opened their eyes again, awe was written across every face.

"These skills... they're real?"

Tianyi smiled.

"Yes. And there's more—far stronger techniques, powerful enough to take you to Mangekyō and beyond. But you'll need to earn them."

He looked across the room.

"My father will explain the new Merit Pavilion and Contribution System. Make yourselves worthy."

With that, Tianyi turned and left the hall.

Outside, he didn't head straight to the training grounds. Instead, he walked into a nearby ninja tool shop.

"Boss, is my order ready?"

"Ah! Yes, yes! Wait here, young master!"

Moments later, the shopkeeper returned with a fine wooden case.

Inside were ten gleaming daggers, custom-forged.

Tianyi examined each one, tapping their hilts and infusing chakra to test their responsiveness.

Ong! A faint glow pulsed from the blade.

"Conductivity's average."

"Well, chakra-conductive metal costs extra," the shopkeeper said with a shrug. "Just these—50,000 taels each. If you want 60% conductivity or higher, you're looking at half a million—each."

Tianyi nodded. "Fair. I'll take them."

He handed over 400,000 taels to settle the balance, then accepted the daggers and a bonus ninja tool pouch.

As he stepped back onto the street, a thought took root.

This dagger order cost nearly half of what I earn monthly from the Sihai Restaurant...

Weapon sales are pure profit.

His mind raced.

Konoha's weapon industry is fragmented—some orders go to the Land of Craftsmen, others to local families. But what if we centralized it?

Steel production. Forging. Sales. All under Uchiha control.

We could revolutionize ninja equipment.

He envisioned factories, training programs, chakra-forged steel lines.

We'd need allies—maybe even village-sanctioned investment to smooth approval.

The Third will skim off the top, sure. But once he's gone, we'll reclaim it all—with interest.

Tianyi's eyes gleamed.

"First, I'll draw up the blueprints. Forge a prototype at home. If it works... we start building an empire."
