Alex was currently standing in front of a huge figure. That figure's face was mangled to the point that one cannot identify it as a human anymore. However, that wasn't the only thing which was destroyed. His limbs and legs, everything was broken.
Currently, Alex was looking at the rewards he just obtained.

Alex looked at the list of the weapons. 'Jin-woo originally chose the daggers, however it doesn't suit me'
Alex chose the sword as his main weapon.

With a robotic voice, a sword materialized in his hand. He started swinging it, checking the weight and sharpness of the weapon.
"Now this is cool, but walking with a sword like this... it's not that 'suitable'." He muttered as he put the sword in the inventory.
"Now time for the final reward"
Alex said as he pulled out a runestone which was the final reward. He applied pressure and broke the runestone.

Alex's lips twitched slightly, clearly impressed by the power up in a single day. That's why the shadow monarch leveling system is such a broken ability.
Arthur finished his final set of squats and sit-ups. His breath was slightly rough but still steady compared to the first day.
It has been nearly a week since the Reg Scorpion gang Incident. He had been doing his daily quests, attending the school and been hunting criminals at night.
In short, he hasn't been wasting time. He has reached Level 14. And with his current stats, he is now confident to notch up the fights a little bit. He talked with his mother to send him to gotham.
Obviously they didn't agree at first. After all, which parents with their sane mind will send their child to one of the most crime infested cities in the world.
But thanks to Alex's negotiating skills (he was begging), they finally agreed. Their parents have also talked with the director of a private school in Gotham. He will be joining from Monday.
And today he will leave for Gotham. There are various reasons for choosing Gotham. First, there are a lot of criminals, meaning lots of experience points.
And second it is one of the places in the world with the most street level supervillains.

Alex left the room to meet with his mother before he leaves for Gotham.
