SANS POV:
'Why do these nightmares coming back to me didn't I win NO I definitely won but why do I keep having these nightmares.' I thought to myself as I saw that the time was seven o'clock the classes will start at nine o'clock.
'Well better not slacking off' I thought as I did my usual routine which is: 1-breakfast/2-training/3-studying.
After hour and half I noticed there's still half of hour left.
I changed my clothes to the school clothes then I went to JNPR Team room as Pyrrha opened the door not in her school uniform as well as the rest of her team.
"Yawn-morning sans how was your night" Pyrrha said rubbing her eyes.
"Good pyr but I hate to break it you that there's half of hour for the classes start." I said as I saw her surprised expression.
"OH NO YOUR RIGHT GUYS GET READY FAST THERES ONLY HALF AN HOUR UNTIL THE CLASS STARTS THANK YOU SANS YOUR A LIFE SAVIOR" Pyrrha said shouting to her friends to get ready for classes as she closed the door.
I then went to the room where RWBY team are and to my surprise when Blake opened the door I saw them putting beds….on beds?
"Morning sans is there anything you want?" Blake said with questioning gaze.
"Uh yeah the classes are going to start and I came here to inform you in you all forgot and it seems you did" I said as I used my telekinesis to speed their progress up and I did.
"Thanks sans for the help."Ruby said waving her hand at me.
"Your welcome Ruby but get ready the classes are about to start." I said which made them getting ready.
But I saw wiess with some blackness beneath her eyes which made me worried about her health.
"Hey wiess could you wait for second." I said as she nodded as I went to my room to make a coffee then went back to her.
"Here you go and tell how does it taste." I said waiting for her answer as she widened her eyes because of the taste.
"It's good better than anything I taste so far thank you sans." Wiess said with a smile that made me blush.
"G-good now get ready for classes I'm going to wait outside see princesses." I said as they all blushed.
After few minutes they all got out as we walked to our class to take our seats as I sat next to wiess while yang next to Ruby and Blake with someone I don't know.
"Monsters, demons, crawlers of the night. Yes the creatures of Grimm has many names but I merely prefer them as prey HAHAHA." The professor said as trying to make us laugh but no one did.
"Ahem, and you shall too after graduating from this prostitution academy. Now as I was saying vale and the other three kingdoms are safe from this broken world as the world is teaming with creatures to tear you apart as that where you come in. Huntsmen and huntresses individuals who sworn to protect those who cannot protect themselves. That what you are training to become but first a story." The professor started to talk about his life while I looked at wiess she seemed very annoyed by Ruby acting childish.
"Calm down wiess I don't want you to get angry here." I said trying calming her.
"Sorry I can't it's how could she be a leader when she acting this childish." Wiess said in annoyed tone.
As I was about to say something the professor asked a question that made wiess raise her hand fast.
I wasn't focused in his talk but it seems that wiess is about to fight a Grimm.
As wiess was getting ready me and her team were rooting for her.
"Go wiess freeze this monster like of cube of ice." I said rooting for her.
"Go wiess" yang said
"Fight well" Blake said
"Yeah represent team RWBY" ruby said
"Ruby I'm trying to focus." Wiess said silencing Ruby.
"Alright let the match begin." The professor said as he opened the cage for the Grimm.
The match started ok at first but then Ruby started to rooting for her and telling her it's weak point.
As soon as wiess finished killing the monster she left the class as Ruby followed her.
"Sheesh what's with her I don't know." I said not knowing but with some thinking I probably knew what was wiess angry about.
It was that she wasn't the leader well I must find her to talk to her.
As I was looking for wiess it was already night I call it the night but I got by seeing a beautiful white hair girl under the broken moon.
It was wiess thinking about something as I walked to her I decided to see if my guess is correct or not.
"Hey"I said to wiess
"Hey" wiess said without looking at me
"May I?" I said pointing next to her at the bench she was sitting.
"Suit yourself" she said
And after I sat we were in silence for few minutes but soon I broke it.
"So are you mad because you weren't the leader?" I said wanting to know.
"Yes I was, I wanted to be good, good enough for me being able to lead my company and fix my family legacy but as I am right I feel like I can't do it." Wiess said as started to feel that she had failed to bring her family glory.
"That's not true you definitely can do it." I said which made her widened her eyes.
"Why do you think so?"wiess said with questioning gaze.
"Because you are determined to restore your glory and that is very hard to find in people some of them give up their own goals but you never gave up even until this day you still want to restore it and doing this you don't have to be perfect after all no one is perfect. Not even me." I said as looked at her.
"Thank you sans I needed that."wiess said with a soft smile under the glowing broken moon that made me blush.
"S-sure after all I'm your knight in the shining armor that will save his princess whenever she's in trouble so don't worry about it." I said with a blush while she was chuckling because of my words.
"Ok it's already late it's time to sleep, oh right can I ask you for something." I said which made wiess raise her eyebrows.
"Sure what is it?" Wiess said
"Yeah whenever you wake up can you wake me up with you." I said because I didn't want to in these nightmares for long.
"Sure but why me you know there are other right?" Wiess said with questioning gaze.
"Well who doesn't want to be wake up by a beautiful woman and also I said I'm you're knight so I have to be active to help whenever you want." I said which made her blush while thinking.
"O-Ok I think I can do that." Wiess said blushing.
"Thanks now good night oh and talk with ruby to fix this after all I don't want my princess to get into team trouble." I said trying to convince her to talk with ruby.
"I-I was already doing that and also good night." Wiess said blushing while smiling.
As I left wiess to go to my room everyone was asleep while I saw wiess entering her team room.
'Well I gotta leave them for their own privacy.' I thought while I was entering my room to sleep and having the same nightmare.
Soon I was waking up by wiess.
"Wake up sans it's morning." Wiess said as she was waking me up.
"Yawn yes princess do you want me to make you a cup of coffee with me." I said.
"I would love to, now get ready." The classes are about to start." Wiess said as there was a small blush in her face.
As I got up from the bed I changed my clothes to school uniforms and made three coffee one for me and one for wiess and one for Pyrrha.
I felt like she wasn't felt good after yesterday.
"I knocked on team RWBY door soon to be open by wiess.
"Oh hey sans." Wiess said.
"Hey here's your coffee." I said as I gave her coffee to her and she took a sip.
"Mmm, soo good." Wiess said softly.
"Anyway I'm gonna go to team JNPR do you want anything." I said.
"No thanks." Wiess said as I nodded.
When I knocked on JNPR teams room Jaune opened the door ready for the classes.
"Hey Jauny how are you doing." I said making fun of him.
"Good and I don't think you are here to make fun of me, so what do you want." Jaune said.
"Well nothing much I made coffee for pyr so could you give her that please." I said.
"O-oh ok I guess." Jaune said surprised.
"Ok I will be in class see you there." I said.
"Bye" Jaune said while he closed the door.
PYRRHA POV:
"Hey Pyrrha, sans told me to give you this" Jaune said while he was giving me a cup of coffee.
"Sans?" I said as I took a sip of the coffee.
' it's very good but why does he go for so much trouble to make me a coffee' I thought while Nora saw me gazing into the coffee.
"ARE BOTH OF YOU DATING OR SOMETHING" Nora said grabbing everyone intention.
"N-NO I THINK HE MADE IT FOR ME BECAUSE OF THE STATE I WAS IN YESTERDAY IM SURE ABOUT IT." I said as my face was blushed by the thought of it.
"Are you sure?" Nora said.
"Yes I'm sure we're friends that's all." I said as I felt uncomfortable in my chest.
"OK but you gotta hurry and take him because there'll be someone else to take him." Nora said.
"Oh please there's nothing between us." I said as my chest tightened by the idea.
"Ok we gotta get ready the classes are about to start let's go." Lie said as we all nodded.
'Well I'm gonna think about it later but for now I gotta focus in my studies.' I thought while I was remembering my words said being friends and getting discomforted by it.
SANS POV:
The classes start as I get chosen to fight Cardin.
"Ready to get beaten loner"Cardin said knowing I have no teammates.
"Oh please I saw you how you treat everyone thinking you are above them all, well I'm gonna change that as you...'GONNA HAVE BAD TIME'". I said making him tremble a little bit but he regained his posture.
"Students are you ready." Glynda said.
"Ready/Ready" me and Cardin said in the same time.
"Good NOW BEGIN" Glynda said.
As Cardin was at trying to hit me with his mace but I dodged them all easily then I got a long bone from the ground using it to make Cardin fall unfortunately he saw through it and jumped back to dodge it.
"Well aren't you a Coward." Cardin said started to get angry.
"Oh really then try to stay conscious after this."I said while looking at Yang praying for Cardin for what about to happen.
I created two walls of bones to use my move.
"What are gonna do make a house" Cardin said smirking.
I didn't say anything as I used my telekinesis to slam him to the wall of bone that is in the left then slamming him to the wall of bone to the right as I started to slamming him in the walls, ceiling, and in the ground he got unconscious as I stopped making him fall to the ground.
"Sans win, call the medics to take Cardin. Now students class dismissed." Glynda said ending the class.
"Don't you think went overboard." Pyrrha said.
"No pyr he's someone thats need to be taught a lesson he's annoying and bullying everyone even Jaune." I said trying to give her my point.
"Nah he's just like to mess around you know practical jokes." Jaune said defending Cardin.
"He's a bully." Ruby said.
"Oh please name one he's bullied me." Jaune said giving us the finger sign.
"Well that one time he always drop your book every time, there's another time where he activate your shield making it stuck on the door, and DONT get me started on the one that he locked you in the locker and sending you flying." I said telling him the things he did.
"I didn't land far from school" Jaune said still try to defend Cardin.
"Jaune until now I haven't explored the full school you got send into emerald forest where I had to go there to get you." I said with annoyed tone.
"Just tell us if you need help, you're our friend ok." I said trying to change his mind.
"Guys really It's fine besides he's not the only jerk to me, he's a jerk to everyone." Jaune said as we went to the other class to see Cardin sitting as nothing happened.
"I wasn't he unconscious last time." Wiess said confused.
"It's seem someone had a healing semblance that made him wake up fast." I said my guess since it's the only guess I have.
We all sat in our desk.
As I sat next to Pyrrha as the professor started to talk about Faunus then he asked a question.
"Which one of you could tell me the many theories could be of the turning point in the third year of the war?" The professor said as wiess raise her hands to answer.
"The battle of forecastle." She got it right.
"Exactly, and who can tell the Faunus had against the general forces." The professor asked while Cardin waked Jaune up making the professor thinking that Jaune know the answer.
"Mr. Ark finally contributing to class. This excellent, excellent! What is the answer? The professor said.
As me and Pyrrha knew he didn't know the answer we tried to help him from afar but it didn't help, he gave the wrong answer professor.
"Um binoculars." Jaune as me and Pyrrha hit our forehead with our hands.
"Ferry funny Mr ark, Cardin perhaps you know the answer." The professor said to Cardin.
"Well I know it's a lot easier to train an animal than a soldier."Cardin said as made me angry wanting to break his body.
"You're not the most open minded individual are you Cardin?" Pyrrha said made Cardin annoyed.
"What you got a problem." Cardin said.
"Well pyr doesn't got a problem it's me that got a problem seeing you calling the Faunus an animals without looking at yourself and if they were animals and if you got beaten by it does that make you more pathetic than an animal or what i say is right considering that they can think, live, and fight like us." My words made the class silence as Cardin was very angry by my words.
"WHAT JUST BECAUSE YOU DEFEATED ME ONCE YOU STARTED TO THINK YOURSELF HIGHER AND WHY ARE YOU DEFENDING THE FAUNUS." Cardin yelled in anger.
"No I don't think I'm higher than you, after all we all equally in this academy and for your question I defend what is right now look I'm gonna answer the professor question to show you how are Faunus are" I said while looking at the professor.
"Night vision the Faunus could see in the dark which was a mistake where the general underestimated them and attacked them at night and his army was outmatched and the general was captured perhaps if payed attention in class he wouldn't be remembered as such a failure." I said while side eye at Cardin which seemed very pissed.
"Excellent answer Mr.sans now tell me what make you think that the Faunus are like humans?" The professor said in interest.
"Well as I said professor they can do what we can do like fighting, thinking, they even can have family that they are willing to sacrifice themselves for and the most important part is that they have souls, they can be kind, helpful, but at the same Time they can be cruel, and be greedy." I answered as I looked at Blake.
She was happy by the answer I gave and Pyrrha too.
"what an excellent answer you could think of Mr.sans and your right despite their appearance they are like us"the professor said.
"As for Mr. Ark and Mr.Winchester I want to you both to stay after call." The professor said as he ended the class.
"You guys can go I will wait for Jaune to come out" I said.
"Me too I will wait for Jaune." Pyrrha said.
"No pyr you go gets some sleep you couldn't sleep well these past days even though I don't know what you're doing but you have to get some rest"I said trying to convince Pyrrha.
"But-" Pyrrha was about to say something but it got of by me.
"No but I'm worried about you're health and I can't have my beautiful pyr gets tired while in a fight so leave this to me." I said making her face red from my words.
"O-ok I will trust you with our leader." Pyrrha said stuttering as she walked away.
Later Jaune and Cardin got out from the class as Cardin pushed Jaune to the ground but caught him with my telekinesis then I used my telekinesis to throw Cardin at the wall leaving us to talking.
"Haah, I don't know why you're still trying to defend him but if he continued like this I'm gonna break every bone in his body."I said telling Jaune what I'm gonna do.
"He's just joking don't worry about it." Jaune said which made annoyed.
"Come with me." I said as Jaune started to follow me to the roof.
"Sans I know im going through a hard time right now but I'm not that depressed." Jaune said which made me hit his head.
"I didn't get you here to kill yourself you idiot and brought to up here to help you." I said seeing his confused expression.
"What?" Jaune said as he couldn't believe my words.
"I can train you here after classes so that you can get stronger." I said trying to help him.
"You think I need help" Jaune said.
"Yes you do and it's okay everyone needs help" I said trying to cheer him up.
"I mean if you could make it to beacon then you can do it." I said.
"You're wrong, I don't belong here." Jaune said turning around around.
"What do you mean?" I said not understanding his words.
"I wasnt accepted into beacon and I didn't go to combat school and I didn't pass any test and I didn't earn this spot in this academy…. I lied I got my hands on some fake transcript and I lied." Jaune said admitting it.
"Why?" I said with surprised face.
"Because this is what I wanted to be, my father, my grandfather, and his father before were all warriors they were all heroes..I wanted to be one too….i was never good." Jaune said admitting his dreams.
"THEN LET ME MAKE YOU GOOD ENOUGH."I said raising my voice a little.
"I DONT WANT HELP I DONT WANT TO BE THE DAMSEL IN THIS STRESS I WANT TO BE A HERO" Jaune said shouting at me.
"Jaune" I said trying calm him down as I was surprised that Jaune was shouting at me for the first time.
"IM TIRED OF BEING A LOVABLE IDIOT STUCK IN A TREE WHILE HIS FRIENDS FIGHT FOR THEIR LIFES, DONT YOU UNDERSTAND IF I CANT DO THIS ON MY OWN YOU THEN WHAT GOOD AM I." Jaune said still shouting at me.
"You can be good you can change the way you are right now."I said started to feel disappointed in Jaune as he didn't our help and doesn't believe in his abilities.
"JUST LEAVE ME ALONE" Jaune said annoyed.
"…..if that's what you want then fine but I'm disappointed in you as you don't believe in yourself and you don't want your friends to help you" I said as I left seeing him angry and annoyed.
As I was heading to my room I saw Pyrrha waiting in the hallways.
"So how did it go?" Pyrrha said with questioning look.
"He is fine, He's just…need some time to think don't talk to him until he give us an answer." I said as Pyrrha started to get uncomfortable.
"You're holding too much on shoulder sans let me help you." Pyrrha said as she looked at me with worried look.
"Don't worry pyr im doing this for all of you if you want to help then go get some sleep for tomorrow as I don't want my beautiful princess to tired tomorrow." I said trying to shake her worried expression.
"You are helping us now let us help you." Pyrrha said wanting to help.
"Heh, don't worry pyr I'm fine really I don't have problems…..not anymore. But if I'm gonna have problems it's gonna be me that's helping all of you even though I don't mind it. Now get back sleep we have a long day tomorrow….good night pyr my beautiful princess." I said as went inside my room I saw her blush a little and worried.
'Thanks pyr but I will not let you all in danger.' I thought as I closed the lights to sleep and say hello to the nightmares again.
PYRRHA POV:
'Sans he is holding a lot for us I can't let him carry all weight on his shoulder but I must be strong that's why I have been training late at night which I end up sleeping late which i couldn't have a good sleep and once again sans brought me a coffee because he was worried for me' I thought while remembering the times he would care for us for over the weeks here in beacon helping us in studying and training which turned out that he's the strongest.
'Why do I think about him this much he's just a friend….did I fall for him?' I thought while I fell asleep for the next day.
