"Wait a minute," the One-Tailed Shukaku started to get scared. It didn't want to be sealed because it feared being devoured by the Ten-Tails.
If sealed by a ninja, it could still retain its will. But if devoured by the Ten-Tails, it was very likely to lose its will, unless someone could defeat the Ten-Tails and rescue it.
