The sky cracked like glass as the newly empowered Apostle of Itarim descended upon the battlefield, his divine presence shaking mountains and boiling oceans in the distance.
The moment his foot touched the ground the earth caved in.
Gojo's eyes widened.
"Tch… His power it's not the same."
Before anyone could react, the Apostle moved.
BOOM!
With a speed impossible to track, he punched through Sukuna's guard, sending him flying into a crumbling skyscraper.
Yuji Itadori leapt forward, Black Flash charged in his fist
But it never landed.
The Apostle caught his punch with two fingers, twisting Yuji's wrist until it cracked.
"You are insects," the Apostle hissed, his voice layered with the echo of the Absolute Being.
"You dared resist. Now you'll witness true despair."
He raised his hand to the sky.
A blinding light surged from his palm and in an instant a divine beam engulfed half the city, vaporizing everything in its path.
Nanami, Yuta, and Inumaki barely dodged, coughing through the smoke and rubble.
Jogo launched a fire curse toward the Apostle only for it to dissipate before reaching him.
Toji Fushiguro charged with brutal speed, blade aimed for the throat but the Apostle grinned, caught him mid-swing, and slammed him into the ground with such force the earth cracked like ice beneath a hammer.
Gojo activated Domain Expansion: Unlimited Void
But the Apostle tore through it like paper, his divine aura unraveling the domain's boundaries.
Gojo stumbled back, blood dripping from his mouth.
"We're barely doing anything..." he muttered.
All around, the team was being dismantled. One by one, they were overpowered.
The Apostle floated above the battlefield, wings expanded wide, a god among mortals.
"This is your fate," he thundered,
"to kneel… or be erased."
The battlefield was a wasteland of shattered streets, burning buildings, and skies torn apart by divine energy.
Gojo, blood seeping from his forehead, stood hunched but defiant.
"He's not just an Apostle anymore… He's something else entirely."
Itadori panted beside him, his cursed energy flickering erratically.
"We hit him with everything… and it barely made a scratch…"
Yuta, holding up Inumaki with one arm, looked around.
"We can't keep this up. He's toying with us."
In the center of the chaos, the Apostle of Itarim hovered in the sky, his new form radiating an oppressive aura that crushed the very will to fight.
"This is the price of defiance," the Apostle roared, his voice carrying through the city like thunder.
"Your cursed energy… your techniques… they are nothing to me!"
He raised his hand again, conjuring a divine spear of pure celestial force.
He hurled it toward the ground
BOOM!!
The explosion cracked the earth for miles, sending everyone flying.
Nanami's coat was torn, his body bloodied.
Toji lay in a crater, struggling to stand.
Mahito, smirking earlier, now frowned his regeneration straining to keep up.
Nobara and Todo tried to regroup, but the weight of the Apostle's aura slowed their every step.
"He's... adapting," Gojo realized.
"Even our best attacks he's learning how to counter them in real time."
The Apostle descended again, his feet touching the ground with the weight of judgment itself.
He extended his hand
"Time to erase your existence."
---
But suddenly, despite the overwhelming power crushing them
Yuji stood tall.
He gritted his teeth, fists clenched.
"We're not done yet."
Behind him, the others rose, broken but not defeated.
They all knew the truth.
They couldn't win by strength alone.
They needed something more.
Something beyond cursed energy.
Something only Sung Jin-Woo hinted at before he vanished.
And yet he was still missing.
---
Dimensional Crack
A realm far beyond mortal comprehension where time fractured and space itself obeyed no rules.
The void trembled.
The corpses of millions of Apostles floated, fading into black ash, scattered across the emptiness.
In the center of it all, standing atop the ruined body of a Primordial Light, was a man clad in darkness.
Sung Jin-Woo.
His armor dripped with the ichor of fallen gods. His eyes gleamed with calm fury.
His shadow soldiers, numbering beyond counting, stood silently behind him, awaiting a command.
Bellion appeared beside him and knelt.
"My King, Earth is in peril… the Apostles have invaded."
Sung Jin-Woo slowly turned his gaze toward the shimmering veil of reality Earth.
His black cloak fluttered in the timeless wind.
He stepped forward.
"I've seen enough."
"They've played long enough."
As the shadows swirled and the rift began to open, the veil between worlds trembled.
And with a slight smirk, Sung Jin-Woo muttered:
"Tell them the King is coming."
---
Back on Earth
The battlefield was chaos incarnate.
Gojo's Infinity flickered, barely holding up.
Yuji was down on one knee, clutching his side.
Yuta, Mahito, Sukuna, Nobara, and the rest were bloodied, breathing hard, trying desperately to regroup.
But none of them could hide the truth
They were losing.
Floating above them, untouched and radiating power, the Apostle of Itarim looked down with contempt.
"You still fight?" he scoffed.
"You still cling to hope?"
The clouds split open above him, revealing a spiraling black sun a portal to something far worse.
The Apostle extended his hand toward it.
"I will not just destroy this world,"
he began, his voice shaking the ground,
"I will reshape it."
He pointed to the ruined skyline.
"You humans... cursed beings... all of you are impurities born of chaos. My mission is to return the multiverse to perfect silence."
He spread his arms wide.
"This world will be my altar. And your deaths, my offering to the Absolute Being."
Tears of blood leaked from the eyes of some fighters.
Their bodies screamed.
Their hearts wavered.
But still they stood.
Gojo spat blood and smiled.
"You talk too much."
---
The earth quaked.
The skies darkened further.
The Apostle of Itarim, now infused with divine wrath, raised his hand gathering an enormous sphere of absolute power.
It pulsed like a second sun, devouring hope.
Below, the heroes Gojo, Yuji, Yuta, Sukuna, Toji, Mahito, Nobara, Nanami, and the others could barely move.
They knew it.
This was the end.
"This is your fate," the Apostle bellowed.
"Fade… into nothingness!"
The energy orb exploded downward unstoppable, apocalyptic—
CRACK!!!
Suddenly
A fracture appeared in the fabric of space itself.
Like shattered glass across the sky.
Everyone froze.
Even the Apostle turned his head, eyes narrowing.
From the crack…
a clawed, insectoid hand burst through
BERU.
With a piercing screech, the Ant King erupted from the rift, slicing the massive attack in half with a single swipe.
"MY KING… HAS RETURNED." Beru roared with inhuman pride.
The Apostle stepped back.
Shocked.
And from the widening dimensional tear
a black storm surged out.
The shadows howled.
The wind spiraled.
And then he stepped through.
Sung Jin-Woo.
Calm.
Unshaken.
Overflowing with power so dense, the air vibrated in his presence.
His soldiers marched behind him, endless.
His gaze met the Apostle's.
Jin-Woo smirked.
"Did you miss me?"
