As Edgar's normally calm face looked tense, Noah's heart tightened. He could guess something was not right.
He approached the seating area, waiting for Edgar to finish speaking.
"What is it, Edgar?"
"Sir, the old master wanted you to attend the funeral. And they will officially introduce you to the public."
Matthew can't hide his frustration as he stares at Edgar. "Unbelievable! After what they did to him, reject him as part of Morgan, and now they want him again? What did you say to them, Edgar?"
Edgar didn't bother to answer Matthew's question, his eyes still fixed on Noah, who seemed calm, but he could see the surprise and confusion in his gaze.
After waiting a few more seconds and seeing no reaction from Noah, Edgar tried to clear up his confusion.
"Sir, you should come," Edgar suggested.
However, Matthew was shocked when he heard that and asked irritably, "Edgar, why should he come? Noah didn't need all of them!"
