Noah stuffed the shoes back into the shopping bag when he recalled someone who had lately caught Zane's attention to be extra responsible.
"So, this is for her. You have a lot to explain, Zane. I'm confused about your relationship with her." Noah murmured, sounding astonished.
Zane adjusted his glasses and locked his gaze onto Noah. "Can you do something for me?"
"What do you want?" Noah inquired.
Zane stretched out his phone toward Noah. Curious, Noah observed the image displayed on the selling platform and couldn't believe what was unfolding before him as he locked eyes with Zane, comprehending the words underneath.
Noah shrugged and reclined back on the chair cushion. He hoped Selina's presence wouldn't disrupt Zane's life because he wouldn't sit quietly and watch it happen. Instead, he'd send her far away from Zane's sight, disregarding the child.
"You have to pay for this service," Noah said. "Since the chairman has frozen my account, I need some money."
