In the depths of the Forbidden Forest, the Centaur continued to urge Harry to leave immediately. He spoke at length, emphasizing the dangers of consuming Unicorn blood.

"Unicorn blood can keep you alive, but at a terrible price. You will have a half-life, a cursed life..." The Centaur's hooves stamped restlessly. He couldn't pinpoint why, but an unsettling feeling had gripped him since moments ago.

This sensation wasn't mere paranoia; it was a warning. His tone grew more urgent.

"Unless you're using it to survive until you can drink something else—something that will restore you fully and grant immortality..."

"Mr. Harry Potter, do you know what's hidden within the school?"

"The Philosopher's Stone!" Harry exclaimed. "Of course—the Elixir of Life! But I don't understand who..."

"Can't you think of someone who's been waiting silently for years, longing to rise again? Someone clinging to life, awaiting the right moment?"

Harry's pupils constricted, as if an iron claw had seized his heart. Even the wind began to howl, leaves swirling into the sky, branches creaking ominously.

"No, there's danger!"

Before he could react, strong arms grabbed him.

The Centaur shielded him, nocking an arrow to his bow, eyes fixed on the dead Unicorn nearby and Robert, who stood with his back to them.

"What are you doing..." Harry peered out and witnessed a scene that left him speechless.

The dead Unicorn was rapidly disintegrating, like a clay sculpture dissolving in water.

"What... what's happening?"

"I don't know!" The Centaur's voice was cold and serious.

"After a Unicorn dies, its body merges into the earth within a short time, but not this quickly!"

"Wait, Robert is still there!" Harry saw Robert beside the Unicorn and tried to rush forward.

The Centaur held him back.

"Don't go!" He dragged Harry a large step backward.

His intuition told him the Unicorn's changes were linked to the boy; the Centaur trusted his instincts.

With that single backward step, the Unicorn vanished completely, leaving nothing behind—not even its horn.

Then, in the gloomy forest, a streak of silver-blue light appeared, like a colored stream of wind. The Centaur had never seen such a magical sight.

It was both enchanting and eerie.

The silver-blue light lingered around the boy and finally merged into a branch in his right hand.

Buzz!

A ripple spread outward from the branch's center.

Harry noticed several golden symbols appearing on Robert's exposed wrist, flashing in the darkness like a golden bracelet with a unique pattern.

This bracelet looked familiar; he had seen it before.

Oh, he remembered now. Robert's wrist had looked like this the last time he made a wand.

According to Robert, it was an auxiliary magic rune used to steady his wrist when crafting the wand core.

Making a wand?

Harry was startled by this sudden thought and shook his head repeatedly.

Impossible. He was sure Robert hadn't pulled out a Unicorn's tail hair. Without a core, how could he make a wand?

"Robert, wake up!" Held back by the Centaur, he could only shout, trying to rouse Robert.

But his voice was drowned by the intensifying wind. Robert couldn't hear him, and even if he could, he might not have time to respond.

The Whomping Willow Wand's reaction was intense. Robert focused on transforming the Unicorn's soul that had just entered into a wand core.

The process was smooth—perhaps too smooth—even easier than using a single tail hair.

However, he noticed something strange. The Unicorn's body disappeared with his actions. Had what entered been the Unicorn's soul or the entire Unicorn?

But it didn't matter. Either scenario was unprecedented in wand history.

Robert was thrilled. He never expected the Unicorn to bring such a surprise.

As the magic runes lit up one by one, the Unicorn fully integrated into the Whomping Willow. Robert began to join the two cut pieces of the wand. Once reassembled into a complete core, the wand would be finished.

But this step couldn't be completed.

Feeling the feedback from the Whomping Willow, Robert frowned deeply.

Missing core?

What was happening? What about the Unicorn from just now?

Crack...

No time to think.

Seeing a thin crack appear on the Whomping Willow Wand, Robert reached into his pocket, fumbling.

He hadn't brought anything else. The only items that could serve as a wand core were two teeth about five inches long.

Fluffy's teeth. Robert had kept them since he got them, reluctant to use them.

He still didn't want to use them now.

If he had a choice, Robert would have preferred to find another Unicorn and pull out a tail hair for the core. Although it wouldn't be the same one, at least it would be the same species.

Unfortunately, there was no other choice.

"Roar!"

A wild beast's roar startled creatures across half the Forbidden Forest.

More Centaurs appeared, whispering among themselves.

Hagrid returned and immediately shielded Harry.

He tried to pull Robert away, but as he reached out, he was bumped by a silver-white creature.

Three more Unicorns had appeared. The one that bumped Hagrid was among them.

They surrounded Robert, preventing anyone from approaching.

"How strange," the Centaur murmured.

"What's strange?" Harry asked.

"Before this, Unicorns never appeared in groups," the Centaur said, gazing at the Whomping Willow branch surrounded by them, which wizards called a wand.

The Centaur sensed two distinct energies colliding on it. One was the pure magic unique to Unicorns; the other was wild and ferocious.

However, this wild energy was weaker and quickly pushed to the end.

This manifested as two small pointed teeth emerging from the wand's end, one on each side.

Simultaneously, the wand body changed again, gaining a spiral pattern of golden lines winding upwards, resembling a Unicorn's horn.
