Effect 1: Germination – The seed takes root above the sky, anchoring itself within the void and drawing immense amounts of energy. This disrupts the flow of energy in the entire surrounding space, plunging it into chaos.
Effect 2: Chaotic Strike – Damage caused by the Seed of Chaos targets both HP and MP simultaneously. Should either of these values reach zero, the afflicted being will instantly perish.
Effect 3: Chaos Domain – Within the domain range of the Seed of Chaos, MP is forcibly reduced to 1% of its original value.
