Allen got into the region of the golden light which was so small that he had to curl up inorder not to leave any part of his body outside of the light screen as he surrounded his body with PREDATION despite seeing that region in a golden light, he didn't put all his trust in this as he knew that his limited strength could not draw out the full potential of his skill and Aurora always told him that the universe is too vast and there are infinite possiblities, something she made sure to sink into his head after all there was no such thing as too careful or too much security.
Just then, the twisting of space and reality in the area began to increase as black sparks began to appear in the area but luckily they didn't pass through the area where the golden light screen was. When Allen saw the black sparks which were starting to look like small black snake-like lightning with the way they flowed, instead of the ringing alarm that was previously sounding in his head, all he felt was devastation and surprisenly anger, the anger of knowing that if that lightning should just slightly graze a part of his body, if not cut off fast enough, he will not know how he died. The feeling of not being able to do anything but hide like a coward really hurt his pride in the little strength he had built and it was a good thing as he now knew that no matter how powerful one got there are still some beings that will see you as an ant. 'Lesser void lightning' it was then he heard Aurora's voice as she appeared in her adult form beside him, outside of the safe region where Allen was. Aurora... relax it can't harm me, she spoke, cutting him off as a black lightning passed through her like she didn't exist. She had to calm him down when she saw that he was still worried about her despite the situation he was in and the condition of his body...sigh, sometimes I always wonder if you have a really soft heart or your just being stupid. But then again, it can't be a soft heart as you ignored the people who didn't lend you a helping hand when that hell hound was attacking you, even when you saw some of them being killed. Well I believe no one was wrong, them not helping me was their decision and I not helping them was my decision which was the consequence of the decision they made. There is no right or wrong as that concept is based on one's perspective but the question is, can you handle the consequence or karma of that action when it comes?
As I said, you sometimes speak like an old sage that has experienced the universe. Hahaha, Allen just chuckled slightly at Aurora's remark. But earlier you said lesser void lightning, what's that? Lesser void lightning are a level higher than spatial lightning, unlike spatial lightning that exists between two lesser dimensions within the same world, lesser void lightning exists between two dimensions in the same plane. What? You just keep on repeating dimensions, that's because I don't have another name for it. Why can't you just call them world? You'll understand better when you find out about the world you're in. Just then the surrounding became even more chaotic and space began distorting more as the lesser void lightning became increasingly more and more. Allen still in his curled up sitting position, the same as a little child sitting on the ground to cry while hugging their knees, he became more serious as he circulated the dark matter that PREDATION forms around his body more, but he could still see through it as at the end of the day it was his skill that was a part of his existence. Black sparks began appearing closer to Allen's safe zone as the region of gold light he could see had shrunk down considerably. He would have been more worried about how safe the place he was in, but seeing the unwavering golden light with he's eyes of opportunities and the calm and confident expression on Aurora's face as well as feeling her emotions through their connection he was reassured that he was in the right place, it was just that for some reason unknown to him, Aurora kept staring at a certain point in space as if she was waiting for something and he had unconsciously also joined her in doing same. Crack... did you hear that? Allen asked, nope maybe your imagination, but he knew she was lying to him...craaaack!!! Just then it was much more louder, despite it being loud, he could not pinpoint where the sound was coming from. Just then he felt he should look down and as he looked down at the ground beneath his feet, he saw a large crack like spider web but the thing was that it didn't look like the ground was cracking, but more like he was standing on a thing glass on top of the ground and this glass was cracking as he was about to move from that spot, he saw that the entire space around him that his eyes marked as a safe zone was cracking under some unknown kind of pressure, as he wanted to move, "don't move" he heard Aurora's voice as serious as it could be. But this place is getting dangerous, do you feel danger? Is your danger sense warning you? Allen's face went through some changes in expressions with the most prominent being frowning, have the colors you see turned dark grey and gloomy? Allen was silent not just because he had no reply, but also because he didn't know if his voice will be what will collapse everything...sigh, Allen I know things are a bit complicated now but learn to trust your instincts and your skills, they are a part of your existence and the main instinct of everything that has life is survival. So your instincts will always try to show you a way to survive. Allen nodded at her to show her he understands, an action that left her speechless at his cautious behavior.
The crack spread so much that one will ask how has it not shattered yet?... There was silence all around and everything came to a still as if nothing would happen. Soon seconds turned to minutes but still nothing, Allen's shoulders slumped as he felt relieved but then, as if it had been waiting for Allen to relax... Pang!!! The space 3 three meters around him shattered and Allen who had calmed suddenly tensed up at the sudden shatter of space and reality, also the fact that he suddenly lost his footing and there was nothing to grab as he fell into the black abyss that opened up around him from nowhere and engulfed him.
