The Place They Weren't Supposed to Find
Their terrible plan (casually walking into danger) somehow actually worked.
Because just a few blocks away—hidden behind industrial shipping crates and old storefronts—they found a gated warehouse.
At first?
It looked normal.
Until they noticed:
The security was unusually heavy—two guards positioned at the entrance, both watching everything carefully. The building had no company name—just a blank exterior that made it obvious it was NOT a normal business.People were coming and going—but nobody looked like warehouse workers.
They had found something important.
Which meant—they had to get inside.
Step 1: Breaking In (Instant Disaster)
Since none of them were skilled spies, their approach to breaking in was horrifically bad.
Failed Entry Attempts:
Zephyr tried to "talk his way in"—which immediately failed when security laughed at his attempt to sound like a business executive. Solene pretended she was a famous celebrity looking for an "exclusive venue" to host an event—security ignored her entirely. Caspian attempted to climb the fence, but got stuck halfway and had to be rescued by both siblings before he lost a shoe.
After 30 minutes of embarrassing failure, they were ready to give up.
Until—they spotted a loading truck heading into the back entrance.
And suddenly?
They had a new plan.
Step 2: Sneaking in Through the Truck (Terrible Execution, but Somehow Works)
Instead of attempting to talk their way inside, they hid.
As the truck backed up to the warehouse, they carefully climbed onto the rear platform, tucking themselves between shipping crates.
The truck moved—rolling into the hidden facility.
The doors closed—locking them inside.
And just like that?
They were officially inside the hidden warehouse.
The problem?
Now, they had to figure out what was actually happening here.
