Chapter 29 - Hidden Truth

The world of Dominion stood silent under a sky painted in dusk's golden hue. Beneath the mighty peaks of Mount Shivdhar, where the air buzzed with ancient energy, a shadow moved through the sacred ruins of Kashi Gurukul. The sacred grounds, once echoing with chants and clash of practice duels, were silent. In the hidden sanctum beneath the great Shivling shrine, lit only by the faint blue aura of spiritual fire, sat a cloaked figure.

Raghav Pandit. The once-renowned beast tamer, hero of the Great Dominion War, and former head of BlackRabbit. Thought to have vanished after the conclusion of the previous era, he had quietly taken refuge beneath the very academy he once rebuilt. His hand rested on a worn scroll—one etched in celestial script, forbidden and sealed by the ancient sages. Raghav's eyes reflected a deep weariness, but within them burned a quiet fury.

"Soon, they'll come. The next era is not of peace. It's trial. I must ensure my daughter's path is not one of blind destiny."

Elsewhere in the city, preparations for the Dawn Convergence Ceremony began. Dominion, now a nexus of otherworldly cultures and powerful lineages, had grown into the central hub of cultivation and alliance. Representatives from Asurakin, Demigod Clans, Demibeast Sanctums, and Earthborn factions filled the streets with anticipation.

Among them walked Aarav, a seemingly ordinary young cultivator from a lesser known lineage. Unbeknownst to him, his fate was deeply entangled with the very history Raghav sought to keep buried.

The silence of the night was suddenly broken by a gust of wind as the ground trembled. A crack tore through the boundary stone near the Gurukul's gate. From its dark center, a low snarl echoed—a warning from realms unknown.

Raghav stood, staring at the moonlit crack. "It begins again."
