Chapter 23 - Battle Of The Iron Mountain 6

The beast and Dracula clashed. Their fight of punches and claws destroyed infrastructure to smithereens and extinguished the never-ending fire. The debris flew near their faces, and fire gazed at their skin.

They fought in the land, air and even inside crashing houses. The beast attacked with all he had, using his skills and martial arts, but none of them even scratched the surface of the cape.

Gregory only dodged and blocked the strikes while yawning.

"Lion Roar. Grrrrrahhhhhhhhhhh"

[Lion Roar [Unique] = This roar can release a mighty shockwave that crushes even lesser dragons in its path. The range of the roar depends on the roar's mightiness.]

"Invincible Shield."

[Invincible Shield [ Divine ] = This invincible shield develops around a person's skin and protects the user from any kind of attack.]

A circular, invincible shield that only he could see appeared around him. The shockwave didn't even glance at it.

Gregory could have easily blocked the shockwave through his cape, but he activated a skill.

Why? Because he was bored.

"This is getting out of nowhere."

Derek lunged at him again, but Gregory used instant teleportation to appear far behind him.

"Upgrade force to Legendary."

Derek turned around and ran toward him on all fours. Gregory outstretched his hand toward the coming beast and said in a casual tone.

"Force."

The beast-man was lifted into the air, he couldn't control his balance nor get out of the grasp no matter how hard he tried.

After catching Derek in an invincible grasp, Gregory flew into the air. He ascended even higher than immobilised Derek and started to casually shake his hand in every direction possible.

The beastman was suddenly thrown into the floor with high speed. When he hit the floor a couple of his teeth broke. He grunted while picking himself up from the floor but the luck was not on his side today.

He was lifted into the air again and was sent flying to the burning debris. E crashed into houses one by one. He was scraped against the floor until his fur fell off and revealed skin. He was thrown into countless buildings until his mane fell off and blood started dripping down his face. The fire burned the already accumulating wounds at a fast pace.

After crashing through the seventy-third house, he was lifted into the air again, this time much higher. He was lifted to the same altitude the Gregory was staying.

He turned around and looked at the terrifying demon. Half of his mane had fallen off. His fur was burned in different places, revealing a mutilated body. All of his teeth had fallen off, and one of his eyes had been stabbed with a sharp piece of debris covered in the molten fire.

After seeing Derek's gaze on him, he smirked and shifted his hand.

Derek was thrown through the air at terrifying speed. He was thrown threw the air and crashed into the side of the mountain with a loud thud and a sickening bone crack. His head was pierced, and a river of blood started to stream down from the wound.

He wished this to be the end and simply die on the spot from the blood loss, but Gregory was far from being over.

Derek lost all hope when his body started to get thrust into a cold tone of the mountain. He tried to resist the force with his hand, but his strength wasn't enough.

Suddenly, his body pierced through the mountain and started to drill through it. The speed he was going wasn't as fast as before, but the strain his abdomen suffered from piercing through the stone was so heavy he felt like his abdomen was going to tear open.

And it did, while travelling through the mountain with speed, his abdomen split open and his intestines fell out. He screamed as loudly as he could, but none of his cries for help didn't reached outside. With the strain on his body and lack of mass in his abdomen, his body bent.

His upper body and lower body bent like a U letter as they drilled through the stone mountain. After a while, his face and chest started to get peeled off by the pressure it suffered from the strain of clashing with the stone. After a while, his legs and arm bones got broken as all the skin in his body, except for his back, started to fall off.

After a while of drilling through the mountain, he appeared from the other side. After the terrifying experience on the mountain, his body was bent like a U letter. All of his skin has fallen off, revealing the reddened flesh beneath it. He had no face; instead of a face, there was a flat, bloody surface.

Gregory pulled the wounded beast toward him. Even the horrifying, grotesque scene in front of him didn't move his heart. He lingered for a moment and spoke to the mass of flesh.

"You okay there, Derek?"

while saying that he couldn't control his laugh. HE was asking a question to a person who had no face.

"hahaha hahaha"

He laughed so hard that tears started forming in his eyes.

'Man, I hadn't lost my emotions at all. Seems like all my good emotions are disappearing one by one while only the bad ones remain.'

He looked at the U bent man again ad sighed. Even thoguh from the twtiching he could see the creature is alive, he decided to kill since he had another problem to solve.

He gripped his hand. The bloody man got compressed and turned into a meatball. He then tried to use one of his fire skills on him, but before he could, a fast person came and attacked him.

"Instant teleportation."

He teleported into the air as the shockwave from the punch flipped the city upside down. Even a wall watchtower fell from it.

A smirk appeared on his face as he looked at the person in front of him.

It was Derek's brother, the fourth general of the kingdom's army and the only man in Iron Mountain who could give him a real fight.
