Those questions had hit Melinda hard, and for quite a moment, she was short of words. But she could clearly see that Jayden was for real, which made her both stunned and delighted at the same time.

"I'm certain here, Melinda. You have my word. I'll be signing the documents right away, and from then on, you'd be the legal owner of the café."
Just like that, it was actually happening. Jayden asked her to bring the ownership documents as they went ahead to make the signings.
