Tang brothers are currently looking around for a soul beast suitable for Tang san to absorb and they spent the whole day but did not find any suitable ones.
The soul beasts they found were either not of the required type or the soul beast age did not match the requirement.
Tang brothers decided to rest and stopped at a nearby clearing and Tang san set up a tent while Tang ling went to hunt some rabbits to eat.
Tang ling saw smoke rising nearby and the curiosity got the better of him and he went to see who was there.
As he got there he heard two women one young like a child and other old like a old lady of 60 years old.
Soon he saw them and decided to not to reveal himself and heard them " There is no luck finding any light attribute soul beast for my second soul ring and the ones in clan are too young or old for it " the young girl said looking sad.
Older women said " It still isn't too late to get your second soul ring of 600 years old ".
" No I have my first soul ring of 500 years old so my second soul ring must be 1,000 years old at minimum and I wont settle for anything less " the girl replied.
" My aunt Ra Bing said she would support me in every decision, if only she were here " the girl lamented with sadness in her eyes.
" When she found out that she was having twin boys she promised that her son who looked most like her would marry you, but your father, the clan leader feared that she would not fulfill her promise as both him and your uncle Yuan Tien had wanted to avenge their brothers who died killing each other only some days before your aunt's delivery, so he planned to kidnap the one who looked like her so as to fulfill the promise but the person who was supposed to kidnap him turned out to be an assassin not from our clan and he killed the baby only some hours after his birth, and both clans have become enemies, and only I know about it and no one belived it and stubbornly beloved that it was done by other as a form of revenge " the old women said.

The older women released her martial soul, it was a beautiful long spear with golden light radiating out of it with 2 yellow, 2 purple, 3 black soul rings.
" I am a level 77 Soul Saint and I sensed you long ago but your soul power feels safe so I know you were not about to attack but the strange thing is that it feels some what familiar so tell me who are you " she spoke in a soft but demanding voice.
Tang ling spoke after some time " I.... Umm...well I am related to you by blood but you would not believe it and even kill me so let's not speak about it but yes as I said earlier I am here hunting for rabbits to roast and eat ".
Ra Song asked " Now that you mention it your figure does look familiar so I will let this slide and take these back " she threw some rabbits which were skewered to him.
Tang ling was about to leave but turned back and said " I saw some light attributed soul beasts of 1,000 years old in that direction and thanks " he pointed in a direction and left.

Tang san pointed " Poison Devil Vine of 9,000 years old fighting a Flame Demon Vine of 9,500 years old " ling looked at it and said " Are you sure about it ".

Tang san nodded and ling poured a bottle of chemical on them and asked san to light his one up and as he too did to the other one and the fire died down two rings deep purple with a tinge of black floated up and san and ling absorbed it.
2 hours later
From a deep purple cocoon Tang san emerged with numorus vines from his back and said " I absorbed it and I got a soul bone as well ".
Tang ling also at the same time emerged from a deep orange cocoon with whole body covered in vines and said " Me too and it seems that both our soul bones are external soul bones try retreating it with your mind ".
Both separated to focus better and retreated it and Tang ling wore new set of clothes as the one he was wearing was torn and returned back to find san still naked even after retreating his soul bone so ling did not mention it as he thought it would be weird to speak about it.
