As for the fifth day, we will set off and forage for more food and water, as well as, finding more manpower."
Zoe asked, "Will it be more difficult for others who seek our help if they have to wait for five days?"
Eric shook his head and said, "They had to experience the apocalypse without our help first. By then, they would not develop a thinking similar to Nicholas. I don't want the same thing to repeat again."
They shuddered. They gulped their saliva while noting in their mind how harsh the Emperor was. However, they felt the Emperor's words were reasonable so there was no one who disagreed with him.
After all, Filipinos often took things for granted. They might be amicable to foreigners and always have a smile on their face, they could be as devil as they appeared like an angel. Furthermore, they were more grateful for the Emperor to invest in them first.
Eric said, "For now, I will be teaching you all a breathing technique. It will be difficult to master them. At the very least, I hope you can maintain the breathing technique for a minute for the next three days. If you can do so for an hour, that will be very surprising."

Eric continued, "I will return to my room now. I will task everyone to gather individual's notebooks, so I can write the breathing technique tailored for you all. Zoe will be the one to hand me."
"Any questions before the meeting is adjourned?"
They looked at each other and eventually simultaneously landed their gaze at Zoe. The latter had a question anyway, so she did not hesitate.
"It will be lunch soon. Will you join us?"
Eric pondered for a while before shaking his head. "Believe me, through evolution, I can control my metabolism, so eating a day is optional for me. That includes sleep, too. I will accompany you all if I don't have something to work on. Hence, you must gather their empty notebooks as soon as possible, so I can finish it early and you can start by then."
They were slightly surprised, but nodded their heads anyway. Our Emperor is working hard for the sake of us! We should do the same!
In fact, Eric did not want to waste time. After all, as soon as he finished the exercise mission, he was itching for a brawl against powerful zombies. If possible, he wanted to meet the Bulwark Zombie again and beat him to a pulp…
