Chapter 46 - Veyrion

Scene 1: SMK Keningau II – Rain of Dread

Dark, oily rain begins falling over Keningau. It doesn't wet the ground—it sinks into shadows. Students faint, animals flee, and the school sky turns black at noon.

Nel's mirror shard cracks slightly. His palm-gear ticks in reverse.

Azryael (eyes wide):

> "No… it's Veyrion."

---

Scene 2: The Abyss Opens

The ground behind the school field splits like a mouth. From the crack rises Veyrion, the Sixth Child of the Architect—hooded, faceless, with black fire leaking from his joints.

Whispers fill the air. The world dims.

Veyrion (voice like 100 voices overlapping):

> "I am the void between breaths. The 'if' before birth. The end without sound."

He doesn't attack. Instead, he offers Nel a hand.

Veyrion:

> "Come see what you are… before you were."

---

Scene 3: Nel Descends into the Abyss

Against Chelestar and Azryael's protests, Nel takes his hand.

He falls.

Into an ancient place outside the Architect's creation, where memories echo as shadows.

He sees:

The collision of Bangador, Dextor, and Ozgath.

A glowing egg of light—himself.

The Architect watching from afar, afraid.

Veyrion (gently):

> "You were never supposed to exist. You are the question that undoes answers."

---

Scene 4: Confrontation in the Void

Chelestar and Azryael dive in to rescue Nel, each burning with power.

Azryael turns into her full phoenix-seraph form.

Chelestar awakens her fourth tail, her foxfire now spectral blue.

Together, they reach Nel just as Veyrion begins to unravel into his true form: a black hole with a heart inside.

Nel (glowing):

> "You're not here to destroy me… you're here to test if I will destroy myself."

He chooses not to fight.

Instead, he forgives the Architect in his heart.

The abyss closes.

---

Scene 5: Aftermath – The Burned Sky

Back at school, the dark rain stops.

The students wake up as if from a nightmare.

Nel, Chelestar, and Azryael sit silently, gazing at the sky.

A single star falls. It lands as a crystal feather in Azryael's hand.

Azryael:

> "One more sibling… and then… maybe him."

Chelestar:

> "The First Child."

---

Final Scene: A Glimpse Beyond

Somewhere deep in a golden prison, chains tremble.

A glowing figure opens one eye. Half of his body is divine. The other—something else.

Unknown Voice:

> "Set... me... free."
