Chapter 100 - Chapter 100: A World With No Mirrors“To reclaim your soul, you must steal it back.”

---

> [System World 100 Unlocked: Reflexion – The Mirrorless Labyrinth]

In this realm, no one can see themselves. Reflections do not exist. Identity must be fought for, not assumed.

[Warning: All players will be confronted with alternate versions of themselves. Only one may leave.]

---

The survivors stepped into a world of glass and silence.

The sky shimmered like cracked obsidian. Monolithic shards of translucent crystal jutted from the ground, towering like twisted cathedrals. Yet not a single surface showed their reflection. Even the light seemed to avoid revealing truth.

"Where's my shadow?" Jayce asked, spinning slowly.

"You have none," Ria whispered. "Not here. Not until you earn it."

Then came the voice.

Soft.

Familiar.

"Why do you deserve to exist more than me?"

A cold fog rolled in—and out from the mist walked… themselves.

Lian stood face-to-face with a version of him still carrying every mistake he ever made. His twin's eyes burned with regret, bitterness, and fury.

> [Opponent: LIAN_ALT // Title: The Unforgiven Flame]

He carries the burden of your sins—and none of your victories.

Jayce met a version of himself who never laughed again after losing his first friend.

> [Opponent: JAYCE_ALT // Title: The Mute Jester]

He still has the Golden Ice Cream Truck—but it's buried in silence.

Ria faced one whose heart was broken so many times, she chose to become ice.

> [Opponent: RIA_ALT // Title: The Void Vow]

She renounced all bonds. Even her own name.

---

The battle was not of blades.

It was of truth.

Each blow forced memories to flash—ones they wanted to forget, ones they never knew they could lose. The air twisted with shouts and sobs. The ground cracked not from impact—but from emotion.

Lian was slammed against a shard that showed a single flicker—his parents, still alive, calling his name. He looked away.

Jayce was dragged into an illusion where no one laughed at his jokes. Where he died alone.

Ria bled in silence, her alternate self whispering, "You're weak because you love. That's why they'll all leave you."

---

Then came the choice.

> [System Prompt – FINAL TRIAL OF REFLEXION:]

Merge with your alternate self and gain new power. Reject them, and risk losing a part of your identity forever.

Lian stared into his darker self's eyes.

The other Lian extended his hand.

"Take me in… and we'll be whole. Or leave me here—and you'll never feel complete."

Jayce hesitated too. "I don't want to forget the me who cried."

Ria stepped forward, placing a hand on her other self's frozen shoulder.

"You made it this far too," she whispered. "Come home."

---

One by one… they chose.

Lian fused with The Unforgiven Flame, gaining:

> [Title Evolved: Chosen Flame → Unified Ember]

You now wield the past and future selves in harmony. Gain power from mistakes you accept—not forget.

Jayce accepted his pain, and the system responded:

> [Talent Evolved: Comedic Fate Manipulation → Echoed Absurdity]

Your humor now alters probability across timelines. A punchline can change fate itself.

Ria embraced her counterpart:

> [Talent Fusion Unlocked: Soulbound Blade + Emotional Overclock]

[New Talent: Heartcore Execution]

Your attacks scale with emotion. Love makes you unstoppable. Grief makes you inhuman.

---

As the reflections vanished, the sky shattered—literally.

Glass stars fell as the realm collapsed.

Only one path opened.

A stairway of silver leading upward.

---

> [WORLD 100 CLEARED.]

[Unlocking Grand Reckoning Gate.]

[WARNING: Beyond this lies The Crownless Throne. Only those who have faced themselves may continue.]

They stood at the base of the stairs.

Bleeding.

Whole.

Changed.

---

Jayce took a deep breath. "No mirrors, huh? Kinda wish I'd looked uglier. My other self was too damn hot."

Lian laughed, for the first time in what felt like ages.

Ria smiled, but her eyes were misted. "Let's keep going. Before the next me has time to resent us."
