Chapter 210 - Chapter 210

"Please wait a moment."

Before Senju Yukika could finish speaking, opposition erupted from below. No one else spoke up—it was only Onoki of Iwagakure.

Ever since Hashirama had declared the first Five Kage Summit conditions null and void, Onoki had been in a daze. It wasn't until Yukika mentioned the so-called final Five Kage Summit that he finally understood what the Senju clan was aiming for.

This was true unity.

But…

If Senju Yukika thought it would be so easy, he was gravely mistaken.

"I admit, you're strong, and now you even have the backing of the ancestor of chakra."

Casting a fearful glance at Kaguya, Onoki shivered involuntarily. Chakra readings alone proved they weren't even in the same league—and that woman seemed to have an unspoken understanding with Senju Yukika. He didn't know why, but Onoki knew this: if Yukika and Kaguya teamed up, the shinobi world would be utterly powerless against them.

"But unifying the shinobi world takes more than strength. Even Hashirama learned that lesson. If it were that simple, Uchiha Madara and Hashirama wouldn't have remained in Konoha. You may be powerful, but that doesn't mean you can control the shinobi world."

Onoki's point was clear: Yukika's youth and strength weren't enough to guarantee a lasting unification. Even if it worked temporarily, Onoki had to fight for Iwagakure's interests—he couldn't allow his villagers to suffer more than before.

"So without a reasonable constitution, Iwagakure would rather be destroyed than submit. Never underestimate the will of stone!"

His eyes were resolute. Onoki's bottom line was set in stone. He believed his words would matter because, from Yukika's actions, it was clear he didn't want a half-dead shinobi world like the Infinite Tsukuyomi had created. Yukika wanted real governance and a thriving population.

Otherwise, he would've already acted.

Seeing Yukika's intentions, Onoki made his move.

"And one more thing—consider it the ramblings of an old man. Stronger than the Sage of Six Paths, stronger than your grandfather—even they had their lifespan limits. Think about what happens a century from now."

A warning—or a threat?

Yukika smiled, and that smile made Onoki uneasy.

"What nonsense."

In the distance, Tsunade arrived with others, busy coordinating the energy resources of the Five Great Shinobi Villages for the upcoming campaign. But as soon as she arrived, she heard Onoki's unspoken challenge and frowned.

"I think Lord Onoki is overthinking things."

At the same time, Nara Shikaku stepped forward. As a key player in today's negotiations, he'd been placed within the Senju ranks and summoned by Yukika's technique. Although he wasn't part of the Senju clan, he was representing Konoha at the summit.

"To be fair, under Lord Yukika's management model, Konoha is stronger now than it was under the Third Hokage. Everyone in the village feels more secure and fulfilled. That's not just talk. The transformation of Konoha is clear even beyond the intelligence reports you've all seen. That's not Konoha's credit—it's Lord Yukika's. We in Konoha are witnesses."

"And I believe the same model can apply to other shinobi villages too. Konoha today is a template for the future shinobi world."

"Also, your concerns are misplaced. Lord Yukika handles the big picture. Like in Konoha, where decisions are made by a council through majority votes—that's true fairness. If there are issues, we discuss them together. The Kage act more as symbolic leaders."

After finishing, Shikaku pulled out a document with the signatures of important village figures.

"Honestly, this model suits the shinobi world. I see no problem with it."

Indeed, they had all noticed Konoha's transformation. It was a slap in the face to the old system. There was no single Kage in control, yet Konoha was more stable than ever. Important decisions were debated and resolved in council; Yukika merely set the broader direction.

The other village leaders fell silent—they couldn't refute the current reality.

"Actually, I'm very reasonable."

Yukika suddenly spoke, stepping right up to Onoki.

"You mentioned my descendants—so should I take that as a threat?"

A hundred years from now? That was a reminder: no matter how strong one is, time conquers all. Eventually, Yukika would die, and his descendants would pay the price for his ambition. Just look at the Sage of Six Paths and his brother Hamura—they had long since faded, reduced to mere remnants of chakra, their bodies gone. Their only influence left was to manipulate events from the shadows.

Yukika understood perfectly. But he wasn't worried—in fact, he almost found it funny.

"Let's make a bet. Your allied shinobi forces are over there, and my Senju elites are ready. I won't fight. The Five Kage won't fight. Even my top ten elites won't fight. Let them handle it. If you win, I'll unify as you demand. If I win, no more empty threats."

No action from Yukika or his top fighters?

Onoki was stunned, then overjoyed. Was this a gift? He couldn't believe Yukika was being so careless!

This was their one shot at turning the tables. The Senju forces didn't seem that large—maybe around 500 strong. But their alliance boasted 30,000 ninja.

"30,000 against 1,000—you better not regret this."

"Not 1,000. Just 500. Against rabble like yours, 500 Senju warriors are more than enough."

Yukika waved dismissively. His troops received the command and charged at the allied ninja forces.
