Chapter 194 - Chapter 194

The air fell into a heavy silence.

Below, the Uchiha clan members were still locked in a fierce debate. Some of them were even plotting to seize control of Konoha's leadership. It was as if they believed Konoha owed the Uchiha a Hokage.

"To be honest, this kind of thing... the Uchiha clan is fully capable of pulling it off."

Senju Yukika glanced at Madara as they both observed the scene below, unable to hold back that comment.

Madara didn't respond immediately. His normally calm eyes took on a complicated look.

The Uchiha.

When had this clan fallen so far that they'd tear each other apart over mere scraps?

Was this really the Uchiha?

Even an ordinary person would know that the entire ninja world was teetering on the brink of destruction, and yet someone down there still wanted to be Hokage?

Madara's expression twisted slightly. He wasn't sure whether to laugh or get angry. But in the end, all that was left was a quiet, deep disappointment.

"They're no longer worthy of the name Uchiha," Madara finally muttered after a while, shaking his head, as if he had given up entirely. These people weren't fit to carry the Uchiha name. They had forgotten their honor and had become nothing more than dogs raised under Konoha's roof.

"That's a fair assessment," Yukika nodded, but he didn't continue mocking Madara.

The Uchiha clan in the original story was truly a tragic family. A lot of it came down to their own personalities. Whether it was Shisui, who trusted too much; Obito, who wanted to destroy everything for love; or even Itachi, who betrayed his parents under the guise of "duty."

They all had deep psychological issues in one way or another.

Shisui? Yukika turned toward the Mangekyo Sharingan but couldn't see the faces of Konoha's higher-ups—his eyes had been gouged out, deservedly so.

And Obito? Rin's death wasn't even about bringing Rin back—it was about destroying the world and dragging everyone down into darkness, a total self-denial.

As for Itachi, Yukika shook his head in quiet disbelief. Itachi saw himself as superior to his clanmates, often thinking from the Hokage's perspective. But he never questioned whether the Hokage's orders were right, nor did he ever consider a far more serious question:

Is "justice" really justice?

From the Uchiha's point of view, why was Konoha automatically considered the righteous side?

He acted like he was carrying everything on his shoulders, but in reality, it was the stupidest choice. No matter how lofty your ideals, if you raise a blade against your own parents—who don't even want to fight back—you are the ultimate disgrace as a son.

And Uchiha Fugaku? As a father, he may have seemed noble. But he neither led by example nor properly guided his children. He had his own major flaws, and while he was a passable father, he was by no means a competent clan leader.

Even during that critical time, with Shisui included, the Uchiha had three Mangekyo Sharingan users. And yet, they chose to sit around and wait for their doom.

Unbelievable.

The Uchiha—a disaster of a family, riddled with contradictions from start to finish. In the end, only Madara truly embodied the Uchiha spirit, through and through.

No wonder they were destroyed.

Yukika sighed and patted Madara's shoulder. "You sure you don't want to go down there and say a few words? They are your descendants, after all."

I have no wife. No descendants.

Madara's eyes conveyed his answer clearly.

He had zero interest in engaging with the current Uchiha clan. As Mikoto's father once said, Madara's gaze was no longer fixed on Konoha—or even his own family.

In terms of strategy and power, Madara could wipe the floor with Uchiha Itachi. At least Madara's entire mission was to bring peace to the ninja world—even if his methods were extreme, he had truly given his all.

"Pointless," Madara said coldly, casting one last glance at the scene below before his figure vanished.

Clearly, rather than trying to educate these people, he preferred showing the Shinobi Alliance the harsh reality through sheer force. The battlefield would be enough of a wake-up call.

All he needed to do now was gather the remaining tailed beasts and activate Infinite Tsukuyomi. His dream was on the brink of realization; he had no time to bother with a bunch of failures.

Madara couldn't care less. Yukika wasn't eager to waste time with them either. But Konoha was now under the Senju's control, and some things had to be handled.

Glancing at the worried Mikoto, Yukika gave her a reassuring look and gently descended to the ground.

"Clan head! We can't wait any longer. Now's the perfect opportunity!" Uchiha Furi was speaking more and more excitedly, his imagination running wild as he pictured the Uchiha at the top of the mountain.

"So lively," a calm voice cut through the noise.

A white robe billowed in the wind, and a man with long silver hair draped over his shoulders appeared.

It had been six years.

Yukika looked far more mature now, all traces of youth wiped clean from his face.

Senju Yukika!

A man who stood at the pinnacle of this era.

The Uchiha clan members all turned their eyes toward him, unable to look away.

But Uchiha Furi frowned, clearly displeased by Yukika's arrival. "This is a Uchiha clan assembly. You shouldn't be here."

His earlier fantasies had made him too bold, and he'd forgotten just how much influence and power the Senju clan—and Yukika himself—held over the village and the ninja world.

Without thinking, he snapped, "Leave now!"
