Chapter 7 - CHAPTER 7: THE MULTIVERSE LEFT ME ON READ AND THE MIRROR FOLLOWED ME ON INSTAGRAM

(Current genre: cosmic horror with hints of desperate comedy and light psychological disintegration)

Spoiler: I'm screwed. But not the "oops, I forgot to pay the gas bill" kind.More like the"an interdimensional god tattooed my soul without consent and now I have nightmares with spiritual DRM" kind.

That's how I woke up.Heart in low battery mode.Mouth dry.Body drenched in cold sweat. And that post-REM feeling screaming:"Your soul got hacked while you were snoring, champ!"

✅ Quick reality check:

Magic tattoos: active.Cursed diamonds: still in my pocket, glowing with a hunger for chaos.Sanity: LOL.Pyramid: deleted from the universe like a problematic tweet.

I got up with the emotional energy of a cat who no longer believes in humans.Went downstairs. And yep — there he was. The guide.

Smoking like he knew nicotine was the only thing keeping the elder gods away.

We stared at each other.Silence.The kind of silence you could slice with a plastic airplane spoon.

I opened my mouth.—"The pyramid…"Him: —"It's gone."

Boom.Just like that.No warning.No cosmic lube.

—"What do you mean, 'gone'?"—"Went this morning. Nothing. No entrance. No shadow. No guilt.Just sand… and that smell."

—"Smell like what?"—"Like a botched patch. A glitch in the Matrix. Like God hit Ctrl+Z and forgot to save."

I went back to my room.Didn't run.Didn't walk straight either. That pace between "don't look at me" and "don't talk to me."

I closed the door.Breathed.

And then I saw it.

The mirror.

My reflection smiled.I didn't.

Ah.

I ripped off my shirt. Not for sex appeal. For sheer panic.

The tattoos were still there.The pyramid.The Eye.And now — the Eye…

It blinked.It looked at me.

I made eye contact with a mystical symbol. This must be what the Illuminati feel like during Christmas.

I approached the diamonds. All four.Beautiful.Perfect.Ready to obliterate my astral biography.

One vibrated.Because of course. Now they come with Spiritual Vibration Mode™.

—"Not today, pal. I haven't even had breakfast."

And yes.I touched it.Because if it glows, hums, and comes with warnings, my finger's already on its way. That's my superpower: mystical suicidal disobedience.

🌩️ BAM.Mental flash.Color: You're so doomed.

A city appeared.Or what was left of it.

Floating ruins.Shattered statues. And a bone door probably designed by someone who studied architecture in an asylum.

And there it was, as always:NOR'MAKT.

And me:—"Awesome. My next stop is Hogwarts meets nuclear demon Chernobyl. Fantastic."

The tattoo burned.Like it had cosmic WiFi and just received a newsletter:

Hello, Renji. Thanks for unlocking the first seal. Here's your personalized apocalypse. With love,The Eye.

I woke up.Yes. Again.Where? On the floor.Shaking.Level: "socially anxious jelly during its first job interview."

A knock at the door.—"You still with us?" the guide asked.

With who?The living? The sane? Those who still believe in physics?

—"Answer something simple… are you still Renji?"—"I think so. But I could use a firmware update."

I went downstairs.Diamonds in pocket.Tattoo beating on its own.

The guide looked at me.Said nothing.Lit another cigarette. That cigarette is going to inherit my will, I swear.

—"I saw NOR'MAKT," I said.

He nodded.—"First coordinate. First door. First irreversible error."

—"So… we're going to a place that could kill me, drive me insane, or merge me with a lamp made of screaming souls, right?"

—"Correct."—"And we leave tomorrow?"—"At dawn."

WHY IS IT ALWAYS DAWN?Why not 11:30 with brunch and existential cocktails?

—"Monsters sleep better during the day.And you… you're going to need every second of light."

I didn't sleep that night.Because every time I closed my eyes…the Eye stared back from within.

And when I opened them…the mirror smiled.Like it already knew the ending.

Spoiler:I don't know the ending.

But when NOR'MAKT opens…my story will change genres.

And I'll be there.Scared.Sarcastic.And probably…without pants.
