[3rd POV]
Watching as Bruce had finally selected all of his books, which he had to bring to the counter in small stacks due to the sheer amount of them, Wanda could only let out a soft laugh at the man's selections. The books he had chosen were all scientific in nature, and ranged from incredibly cheap to one of the most expensive books in the shop, a book that she charges hundreds of dollars for due to its "Rarity". But the man seemingly didn't care about the price, and just stacks thousands of dollars worth of books.
Dick had ended up choosing around 10 comics, mostly new stuff that he hadn't read before, as well as another copy of Invincible, probably to put in a case or as display or something of the sort. Wanda wasn't going to question it.
Looking over the selection, Wanda chuckled "Quite the selection you've got there, Mr Wayne. Didn't take you for the type to be into science so much, but I suppose everyone can be full of surprises. And the Quintarium Equations? Quite advanced, sure you can understand it?" Wanda asked, inwardly amused with the man's attempts to school his features, trying not to react to the fact that Wanda seemingly knew about the equations and how they worked, unlike him.
In actuality she had instantly read all of the books the man had brought up when he put them on the counter. She didn't entirely understand all of it, but she would sooner or later, all it required was for her to gain the knowledge that she needed to fill in the gaps.
"You understand them?" Bruce asked, narrowing his eyes ever so slightly.
"To an extent, yes. I've read every book in this bookstore, Mr Wayne. And I understand what is taught within just about every single one of them. I suppose you should be able to learn it with the other books you had chosen, but even then it will take quite some time" Wanda said, knowing that those particular equations that involved space-time manipulation were particularly complicated, and would require more than just the books she had sold him.
"What is a woman like you doing running a bookstore? With that sort of knowledge you could work just about anywhere in the world" Bruce asked, beginning his pseudo interrogation as Dick sighed, standing and waiting as his guardian began to interrogate Wanda.
"I like books, Mr Wayne. More than just about anything else, and just as I love books, I also love peace and quiet, and not having to worry about anything. Had I really wanted to, I'd be able to work anywhere, sure, but I wouldn't enjoy any of it" Wanda replied with a small smile, having no interest in that sort of thing, even if she hadn't had her powers and bookstore.
"...I see. And where did you get these books? They're quite...interesting" Bruce asked, as Wanda simply looked at the man, before smirking slightly.
"That is a secret, Mr Wayne" Wanda said simply, as the man looked her in the eyes, before nodding slowly, and taking his card out in order to pay for the books and the comics. The total came out to over three thousand dollars. The man was a billionaire though, so it was comparable to pennies to him.
With the books paid for and the comics as well, Bruce gave her a nod, as he began to one by one bring the stacks out to his car outside. Putting them all away on multiple trips due to the amount of books he had bought.
With the last stack in hands, Bruce gave her a nod "Thank you for the books, Miss Wanda. Have a good day" Bruce said, before walking out of the shop, Dick giving her a wave as he too walked off with Bruce, leaving her in the shop with the other customers, watching as Raven continued to get their orders, as more and more people entered the shop.

With Bruce, as he was driving, Dick couldn't help but glance at him a few times, before asking the question he had the entire time he was listening to their talk.
"So what was all that back there? The interrogating I mean" Dick asked, as Bruce didn't even glance at him as he replied.
"The books I bought do not belong here. They're well beyond anything we teach on Earth, not even the League has access to books like those. Meaning she is likely getting them from an outside source, or something similar" Bruce replied as Dick raised an eyebrow.
"An outside source? You mean aliens? Wanda doesn't exactly seem like the type to do something like that, or be involved in anything nefarious" Dick said as he shook his head.
"Never said it was anything nefarious. From what I can tell, she is just a simple bookstore owner, one that sells books that don't belong to Earth. I doubt she's some sort of villain, just a bookstore owner that likely buys from someone who buys from someone. That sort of thing" Bruce replied, shaking his head. Wanda didn't seem like the evil type from what he had seen of her.
"Good, she's got the best selection of comics I've ever seen. Her own stuff she made is awesome too" Dick replied with a nod, happy that Bruce wasn't going to try and ruin her or anything, as that would suck.
Bruce just shook his head at his adopted son's reply, before continuing to drive off in comfortable silence.

Later in the day, hours after the questioning by Bruce and the normal customers all leaving, Wanda was leaning back in her chair, watching as the golden trio looked through some of the magic books she had.
"I'm surprised you three have returned so quickly" Wanda said, as both Harry and Ron looked to Hermione who had a sheepish expression on her face.
"I'm sorry. I couldn't help myself once I saw all the books you had! The different forms of magic are incredible and nothing like what I've heard of! Not to mention the prices aren't bad, and since we've got extra books that none of us read, it means we can exchange for some of these new ones" Hermione said, her eyes gleaming in excitement at the prospect of reading some of these new books.
"Not a problem. Once you've found the books you want, go ahead and bring over the exchange" Wanda said, as she glanced farther down, finding Elijah there once again, this time looking over a book on rituals and similar arts.
She expected it was for little Hope for the future, or perhaps to try and take care of the Witches of that world who were...not exactly fond of the Mikaelsons. They were quite adamant about slaughtering the entire family for some of their actions in the past, even though it was a Witch that gave birth to them.
"A book on rituals? I'm assuming you wish to use that for your witch problem?" Wanda asked, wanting confirmation. She could look through his mind for it, but that would be boring.
"I-I'm not going to even bother asking how you know of this. But yes, it is. I wish to use a ritual in this book to sever the connection between Hayley and the witches" Elijah said, as she hummed.
"That book should work easily enough. But it will be draining, do you have a witch that can accomplish such a thing?" Wanda asked, as Elijah paused, causing Wanda to chuckle, flicking her wrist as a book flew into her hand.
"This one will work better. Page 49, it's a ritual that will transfer the curse, binding, or whatever else, to a straw doll. Whatever the curse was, will now apply to that. So if it's one of those link spells, then you damaging the dolls will also damage them, like a voodoo doll" Wanda replied, as the man's eyes widened.
That sort of ritual would be perfect for the situation they were in, and would effectively save Hayley from a lot of heartache, while also providing a powerful weapon against the witches that did this to her.
"That-that is perfect, thank you, Miss Maximoff" Elijah said with a small smile on his face, immensely pleased, as he paid for the book, before walking out, ready to tel his brother of what he had found.
"And what of you three?" Wanda asked, as the golden trio walked up, a small stack of books in Hermione's hands, while another 2 stackS, seemingly their own, was in the hands of Harry and Ron.
"These please! And those are all the books we would like to exchange, none of them are repeats, of course" Hermione said, as Wanda reached her hand out and began to look through all the books the three of them had brought, before smiling, pleased.
"These will be enough for your selection of books, as well as three more minor books. Go ahead and pick some out unless you wish to save it for later" Wanda said, whisking the books away as she instantly learned all of them.
"We'll save it for later, I've got enough books for now" Hermione said, but only after Harry and Ron had given her a pleading look.
"Great, have a good day!" Wanda said with a smile, as the teens walked off, ready to get back to Hogwarts. They were in their 4th year after all.
Watching them leave, Wanda leaned back in her chair behind the desk, only to stop as the door opened a few moments later, her eyes widening slightly at who had walked in.
A short, blue haired figure, one that looked more feminine than masculine. A being that was certainly not human, and looked to be quite powerful, at least, they would be.
The figure was the man known as...
Rimuru Tempest
