Chapter 2 - Wide spawn

Ace, now 13 years old, stood in the training grounds, his eyes fixed intently on the air around him. He was determined to master the art of absorbing Red mana particles, the key to establishing his core and determining his class in the magic ranks.

With a deep breath, Ace focused his mind and began to practice. He stretched out his hands, feeling the familiar tingle of mana particles in the air. Slowly, he started to absorb the particles, drawing them into his body.

As he practiced, Ace's father, Lord Lugard, watched with a keen eye. He nodded in approval, seeing the progress his son had made. To help Ace further, Lord Lugard began to cast weak fire attacks, sending small flames dancing towards his son.

Ace, anticipating the attacks, raised his hands to defend himself. He absorbed the flames, using the Red mana particles to fuel his own magic. The flames dissipated, and Ace countered with a weak blast of air, testing his own magical abilities.

Lord Lugard smiled, impressed by Ace's quick thinking and reflexes. "Well done, Ace! You're getting closer to establishing your core. Keep practicing, and you'll be a powerful conjurer in no time!"

Ace beamed with pride, his determination renewed. He continued to practice, absorbing larger amounts of Red mana particles and honing his magical skills. With each passing day, he grew stronger, his core slowly taking shape.

As the sun began to set, Ace's training session came to an end. He bowed to his father, grateful for the guidance and support. Lord Lugard placed a hand on Ace's shoulder, his eyes shining with pride.

"You're on the right path, Ace. Keep pushing yourself, and you'll achieve greatness. I have no doubt that you'll become a legendary conjurer, just like your brother Aaron."

Ace's face lit up with excitement, his heart filled with ambition. He knew that he still had a long way to go, but with his father's guidance and his own determination, he was ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.

In this world, magic was the vital force that fueled the lives of its inhabitants. It was the key to unlocking incredible abilities, and it was what set the powerful apart from the weak. However, magic was not an inherent trait, but rather a skill that could be honed and mastered through the absorption of mana particles.

Mana particles were the fundamental building blocks of magic, and they were stored in the core of a person's body. This core was the repository of a person's magical energy, and it was what determined their ability to wield magic.

There existed seven distinct cores, each with its own unique characteristics and abilities. The higher the core, the more mana particles that could be absorbed, and the greater the wielder's magical prowess.

Thses seven cores are

White Core (Tier 1-5): The Black Core was the rarest and most powerful of all the cores. It was said that only a select few were born with the ability to wield the Black Core.

Gold core (Tier 1-5): The Red Core was a close second to the

Core in terms of power and rarity. It was known for its intense magical energy and its ability to fuel powerful spells.

Lemon Core (Tier 1-5): The Orange Core was a versatile core that was capable of fueling a wide range of magical abilities.

*Yellow core (Tier 1-5)*: The Yellow Core was a bright and energetic core that was known for its ability to fuel fast-paced and agile magic

Orange Core (Tier 1-5): The Lemon Core was a unique core that was said to possess healing properties.

Red Core (Tier 1-5): The Gold Core was a rare and valuable core that was known for its ability to fuel powerful and complex magic.

*Black Core (Tier 1-5)*: The White Core was the most common of all the cores, but it was still a powerful and valuable asset for any wielder.

Each core had five tiers, with the higher tiers representing greater magical power and ability. The core was the key to unlocking a person's true magical potential, and it was what set the greatest wielders apart from the rest.

In the world of magic, where the manipulation of mana particles was the key to unlocking incredible abilities, the concept of the Sacred Core was a revered and elusive goal. Only exceptional individuals, with an unwavering dedication to their craft and an unrelenting passion for magic, could hope to attain this pinnacle of magical prowess.

However, the journey to achieving the Sacred Core was fraught with peril. If a person's core was broken, they would become stagnant, forever trapped at their current level of magical ability. This harsh reality served as a stark reminder of the importance of perseverance and determination in the pursuit of magical excellence.

Meanwhile, Ace, clad in a prestigious garment, hurried down the stairs, eager to accompany his father, Lord Inferno D. Lugard, on his patrol to the Kingdom's Army base. The promise of adventure and the opportunity to hone his magical skills had Ace's heart racing with excitement.

As he reached the entrance of the mansion, the sound of horseshoes on the cobblestone driveway signaled the arrival of their carriage. Ace's father, Lord Lugard, stood beside the carriage, his imposing figure radiating an aura of authority and power.

With a nod, Lord Lugard gestured for Ace to board the carriage. As they set off, the rhythmic clip-clop of the horses' hooves echoed through the air, accompanied by the soft creaking of the carriage's wooden frame.

The journey was long, but Ace's excitement and anticipation kept him engaged, his mind racing with thoughts of the adventures that lay ahead. Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, the carriage came to a stop, and Lord Lugard announced their arrival at the Kingdom's Army base. With a deep breath, Ace prepared himself for the challenges that awaited him, ready to face whatever lay ahead with courage and determination.

Ace and Lord Inferno D. Lugard arrived at the Kingdom's Army base, where they were greeted by the 5 division captains. The captains, each with their unique personality and aura, stood at attention, awaiting Lord Lugard's instructions.

To Ace's left stood Keshawn, the 1st division captain, his broad shoulders and chiseled features exuding an air of confidence and strength. Next to Keshawn was Xavier, the 2nd division captain, his piercing blue eyes gleaming with a hint of mischief.

On Ace's right stood Guwen, the 3rd division captain, his rugged features and battle-worn armor a testament to his many years of service. Beside Guwen was Chris, the 4th division captain, his lean physique and quick movements suggesting a deadly agility. Finally, there was Colt, the 5th division captain, his charismatic smile and flamboyant attire a stark contrast to the more subdued demeanor of his fellow captains.

As the group stood assembled, a sudden burst of light illuminated the area, and a visualization crystal materialized in their midst. The crystal, pulsing with a soft blue glow, displayed the image of John Von Dean, a high-ranking officer in the Kingdom's Army.

"Greetings, Lord Lugard and division captains," John Von Dean's voice echoed through the crystal. "I bring urgent news. A wide spawn Mana region has been detected, growing by the second. The area is already teeming with mana beasts, and we require your immediate assistance to clear the zone."

Without hesitation, Lord Lugard turned to the division captains. "We must act swiftly. Prepare your troops, and let us depart at once!"

As the captains hastened to gather their troops, Ace found himself swept up in the chaos. Lord Lugard grasped his shoulder, and with a swift motion, Ace was lifted onto the back of a majestic warhorse.

"Hold on, Ace!" Lord Lugard shouted, as the horse galloped forward, carrying Ace alongside the division captains and their troops.

As they approached the Mana region, the air grew thick with magical energy, and the sounds of snarling beasts filled the air. Ace's heart pounded with excitement, and he steeled himself for the battles ahead.
