A grunt came from Sevrin's mouth
"He is your son but he is too weak. He doesn't even have his bloodline. He should have awakened it by now. What if he doesn't have one? Us dragons prioritize strength and bloodline… if he has none he is not fit to be the crown prince much less 'her'"
"That is why I am sending him to the 'Dragon God Ancestral Grounds' for him to improve after his first birthday"
Sevrin grinned and the rest of the nobles gasped in shock
"Your Majesty!" the other nobles shouted "That's basically sending him into the arms of death!"
"If he is my son he will triumph over everything. This meeting is now OVER"
I would have killed all of them if they were not needed for our empire.
Lucian's POV:
I'm ENGAGED!!! no no no thats not important right now Dragon God Ancestral Grounds? the name kind of says it all but where would they keep that in this place. I've practically explored every inch of this place.
Now I'll have to train to go to this dangerous place. Come on system this is your time to shine!! Gimme a quest!!

All the nobles left the room uniformly until it was just my mother, father and me

At night….
Wow that was the best day of my life. I was so enjoyable. But is was the calm before the storm because tomorrow morning would be one of the most lifechanging/dangerous day of my life
