But Alex knew that thirty minutes from now, the giant island would gradually shrink, forcing those on the edges to move closer to the center.
Being sent to the outer edges might seem advantageous to him, but in truth, it was not the case at all.
The most fortunate in this trial were those who had been sent closer to the center, for they could get to searching for a hiding spot early on and buy themselves a day or two of peace where they wouldn't need to find anyone.
