Diana turned her head at the commotion coming from downstairs. She abandoned her lunch and hurried up from her seat, hurrying her way down tto the last floor.
Her father, he'd somehow forced himself into thee mansion again. It was almost as if he didn't care if he got hurt anymore.
"Dad…?"
Giancarlo turned to her and smoothed his suit.
"What are you doing here?" she asked.
He didn't answer, but instead approached her, saying, "Let's go upstairs."
She nodded and followed behind him as he headed up the stairs. They went to her room and she shut the door behind, turning to him.
"What's going on?" she asked again.
Giancarlo dropped into the sofa.
"Did Ian Basti really agree to help you?" he questioned.
She nodded, even though she was still confused. It wasn't as if she hadn't told him before.
"He did."
"Then what is the progress?"
"What is the progress then?" he asked.
