The Eccentric Swordsman

The sun was high in the sky but the weather was cool but the air felt heavy and oppressive , carrying a hint of battle and bloodlust . The once forest land that silent with chirping of birds and rustling of leaves was filled quite a lot of decaying trees along with the screams of beasts . There stood crouching a lone boy barely in his twenties in front of a dual headed snake with a pair of dual blades that were showing the signs of wearing after constant use , the similar can also be said to the boy his chest coming up and down as he breathed heavily with blood soaked body . "shit i am fucking dying .... huff ....huff fuck you , you blue motherfucker "eric said his voice raspy and tired from all the constant fighting . Eric's father left him this forest with the task to train and kill beast lord of this forest with limited supplies mainly survival tools and a map of the forest but his was rotten as he failed to find a safe place as he constantly came across beasts and forced to fight non stop and accidently ventured in the dual headed snake's territory , as he was thinking of a plan to escape the snake the snake was attacked by a crimson horned deer . without thinking eric ran he ran like there was no tomorrow as the snake's attention was on the deer . After reaching a safe distance he took out binoculars from his bag and observed the fight , and after some time he understood why the deer attacked the snake . Apparently the snake killed the deer's child few days back from seeing the little horns on the small skeleton and the deer wanted revenge and as he saw the snake fighting a human it was a perfect chance to take it out by surprise . Eric thanked the heavens for chance to escape and started sprinting to find a shelter. After almost five hours of searching and constantly avoiding the beasts he found small cave with narrow opening he quickly scouting the cave for any dangers he quickly placed a barrier on the opening of the cave and fell down and took out a healing potion from his bag and shoved down his throat . he lied down and took a brief nap to recover quickly ' it was fucking long day and i almost died i will recover today and search for food tomorrow its already evening 'eric thought as his eyes slowly began to close.
