At this moment, in the port of the Kingdom of Golban.

Compared to the jubilant celebrations in the capital city, the atmosphere here was heavy and oppressive.

"Snap... Snap..."

Fierce flames roared violently, sending thick plumes of smoke into the air.

The corpses of tens of thousands of rebel soldiers had been gathered by the royal army and set ablaze. From afar, the sight sent shivers down one's spine. But leaving them unattended would risk a plague breaking out—an outcome the Kingdom of Golban simply couldn't afford.

Soldiers of the royal army, wearing masks, continuously hauled bodies with pale faces.

What had they witnessed yesterday? A rebellion that lasted half a year in the Kingdom of Golban—quelled single-handedly by one man!

"He's practically a monster!"

The generals of the royal army who stood nearby overseeing the operation recalled the blood-red-haired demon from Germa. They collectively shivered at the memory.

Just by standing there, his chilling gaze caused tens of thousands of armed rebels charging forward to collapse unconscious on the spot—it was utterly terrifying!

Even King Elleron III of Golban, who initially doubted whether Germa's mere five hundred men were mocking him, nearly lost his life as well.

"Did we arrive too late?"

On top of a building, a figure cloaked in deep green robes lowered their gray hat, partially obscuring their face. Their fists clenched tightly, and their voice was low and heavy.

"I'm sorry!!!"

As if apologizing to the fallen souls, the figure removed their gray hat and bowed deeply, head hanging low.

Bloodshot eyes revealed an overwhelming mix of anger and murderous intent in their subdued tone.

A sharply defined, resolute face; a towering height of over two meters; and an age around forty. What was surprising, however, was that this imposing middle-aged man was bald.

Around his neck stretched a gruesome scar resembling a centipede, disappearing beneath his suit—a testament to the severe injuries he had endured.

"Mr. Fureksu, it's not your fault..." A man beside him wearing an animal-themed hat clenched his teeth angrily. "King Elleron III is too cunning. On the surface, he acted as though he was ready to fight the rebels to the bitter end, but secretly, he hired those damned 'Evil Armies.' Even his closest ministers only learned about Germa's impending landing at the last minute..."

"And if you hadn't been targeted by those CP0 bastards, how could Germa's devil have been so arrogant..."

This Mr. Fureksu before them was none other than one of the core leaders of the Revolutionary Army, known as the "Crimson Vulture," the "left arm" of Dragon the Revolutionary. The other key leader—the "right arm"—was another high-ranking member of the Revolutionary Army, known as the "War Ghost."

These two individuals were akin to the top commanders or elite warriors under the New World's Four Emperors, serving as the main combat power of the Revolutionary Army and acting as the left and right hands of Dragon the Revolutionary.

While the rapid growth of the Revolutionary Army over the past decade or so—becoming a significant threat to the colossal World Government—was largely due to the revolutionary pillar Monkey D. Dragon, the contributions of the "Crimson Vulture" and the "War Ghost" were also indispensable.

Perhaps one more person should be added to that list.

But the identity of this third individual within the Revolutionary Army was known only to a select few. Rumor had it that they were currently applying to become one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea.

"At just sixteen years old, he awakened Conqueror's Haki and managed to knock out tens of thousands of rebels in an instant..." Taking a deep breath, struggling to suppress his rage and sorrow, the "Crimson Vulture" spoke with a grave and wary expression. "It's said that he defeated Donquixote Doflamingo, one of the Seven Warlords known as 'Heavenly Yaksha,' in the North Blue. Though it was likely a fluke, that brat from Germa's talent is still unnerving!"

The clash between Vinsmoke Ichiji and Doflamingo in the North Blue might have gone unnoticed by other factions, but the Revolutionary Army's intelligence network spanned the globe, and they were already well-informed. Naturally, "Crimson Vulture" Fureksu didn't believe the sanitized version presented in newspapers.

"In recent years, Germa 66 has repeatedly intervened in wars across the world as mercenaries. Many of these conflicts erupted when oppressed commoners could no longer endure the tyranny of the nobility. Even operations secretly orchestrated by the Revolutionary Army have been disrupted by Germa more than once..."

The Revolutionary Army rarely allowed its true high-ranking members to appear openly during uprisings and rebellions worldwide.

The reason was simple: once these leaders showed themselves, they would immediately attract the attention of the World Nobles' loyal watchdogs—CP0, whose infiltration capabilities were unparalleled.

Especially figures like the "Crimson Vulture" and the "War Ghost," who were among the Revolutionary Army's core cadres, might even directly provoke the Navy's highest combatants.

Given the dangerous ideologies promoted by the Revolutionary Army—aiming to overthrow the World Government and advocate for equality and freedom—the World Government's vigilance and wariness toward the Revolutionary Army far exceeded their concerns about the Four Emperors of the New World.

"Mr. Fureksu, according to our intelligence, Germa only deployed a single War House this time. Should we pursue them?"

With the Revolutionary Army's intelligence capabilities, locating their target in the New World wouldn't be difficult.

If revenge was desired, someone of Mr. Fureksu's caliber—the "left arm" of Dragon the Revolutionary—could undoubtedly achieve it.

"The Revolutionary Army has its own discipline. Germa isn't an ordinary force. Such actions require approval from the leader..." The "Crimson Vulture" Fureksu clenched his fists tightly, his gaze directed toward the sea filled with frustration and restrained anger.

He desperately wanted to personally teach Germa a harsh lesson. But the Revolutionary Army wasn't a pirate crew.

It wasn't as though he, as a senior cadre, could disregard headquarters' orders and act recklessly. If such behavior became the norm, what would separate the Revolutionary Army from ordinary pirates?
