"You did what?" Cassian asked.
"Rebeled against the Sun God." He shrugged. "As you can see from my current state it didn't go very well."
"But how? Why?"
"Well I can't tell you that - the curse forbids."
"I thought curses can only affect living people? You shouldn't be affected after death, especially since you're technically a separate existence." Elira pointed out.
"It's a bit more complicated." Sylara sighed. "Sun God's curse affects everyone who knows certain things about them. Since a memic is essentially a collection of memories, the curse works on it as well."
"Which leads me to my next question - how come he can remember his own death? Shouldn't he be aware only of things that happened before he was created?"
