~Bella's POV
I parked as he instructed and followed his guidance as we practiced. He patiently explained the angles and how to turn the wheel, watching my hands closely. I messed it up the first two times, my car either hitting the curb or sticking out too far, but he didn't get frustrated.
Instead, he smiled, his tone gentle. "You're close. Try again, and this time, turn your wheel a bit earlier. You've almost got it."
With shaky hands, I tried once more, and this time, I managed to slide into the spot more neatly. It wasn't perfect, but it was a huge improvement.
Donald nodded proudly. "That's it. Much better. See? Progress."
I let out a breath I didn't even realize I'd been holding and smiled. "Thanks for being patient with me."
He waved it off casually. "It's part of the job. But honestly, I enjoy teaching you. You're focused, and you don't give up."
