"OK let's start with making the dough". Ashley said.
"Right".
Ashley poured in 1 1/2 warm water into a bowl and then she sprinkle 2 1/4 teaspoons of dry yeast over the warm water and she let it sit for 5mins until the yeast dissolved.
She added flour, salt, sugar and olive oil, and mix slowly, then she pour flour on an empty surface on the counter and then she added the pizza dough on the counter.
She cuts the dough into 7 pieces and each cook took one and followed Ashley movement and began to knead the dough slowly.
After kneading she rubbed oil around a large bowl and dropped the dough in it, then she covers it with a clean fabric and let it ferment for a half and hour in a warm place.
"So what happen now miss Ashley". A cook asked.
"We let the dough ferment for a half an hour in a warm place". Ashley said. "But why the dough is fermenting let's now work on the tomato sauce and the topping alright".
"Right". They said.
