The world above was in chaos. But below, deep within the forgotten underbelly of an ancient ruined castle, there was only silence… until the chanting began.
Remu sat cross-legged at the center of a massive circular symbol etched into the stone ground — a glowing nexus carved with intertwining runes, shifting and pulsing with violet and crimson light. The stone beneath her thrummed with power as the tear in the sky responded, growing wider, thicker, darker.
A breeze swept through the chamber, whispering as if the realm itself were holding its breath.
Her eyes were closed. Her arms raised.
Her voice, steady and cold.
"Eth'karith namut solan ves'tarr…"
"Zhara malenth. Ith'ven dorah—"
"Sera'tun. Kora'th ehn vala…"
The runes beneath her began to flicker faster, reacting to her incantation. One by one, the engravings expanded outward across the cracked floor like living veins, reaching toward every edge of the massive chamber.
"Yor'meth dul'aza—Renthul! Renthul… arakth val'ra!"
