Fire, blood, smoke, fuel, and dragons; that was all Klein could see. His eardrums vibrated like a thousand steel cymbals, and His head throbbed with more pain than he could fathom. It hurt, it really hurt, but it didn't hurt as much as when he had to see his family slaughtered in front of him, with his wives and daughters raped before his eyes, or his darling sons being whipped, flayed, and then beheaded.
He was just an ordinary apothecary. Nothing special. Nothing grand. His skills barely merited a generous C-class rating, and his achievements were hardly worth a footnote. But Klein was a man of diligence and quiet wonder, always chasing truth through the lies—like fishing a needle out of a mountain of adagar dung, that fast-footed, horned beast of burden whose waste covered entire fields.
It was just a quiet midnight of the 3rd moon sumberlance, when the dazzling moon, Rui, Drew closer to our world. As the moon sparkled brighter, illuminating the star filled sky with its glorious light, it was taken as a good omen.
Of course, the other six moons are sacred to Klein's people, and all far and wide. But Rui...Rui was different. Do you know why? no ? neither do I.
The astrologers—those cloaked fanatics they called moon spiders—theorized Rui simply appeared one day. Not a satisfying answer, but people took what they were given.
Klein was peacefully resting on his couch in his mansion, reading a book with no cover. It was tattered and in ruins, with claw marks and burnt pages, but he devoured them with the hunger of a man possessed—eyes wild with curiosity, or madness, or both.
His fourth wife would always tease,
"You read too much. One day your brain's going to catch fire."
To which Klein would grin and say,
"It's already charred, sweetheart."
It wasn't that Klein deserved this; he was admired by all. Even though he was an average Apothecary with average healing abilities, he always tried to break his limit, but today the limit broke him.
His house burnt to ashes, his family slaughtered, and his life fading, but the book remained in his hands — gripped by sheer will.
The attackers surrounded the entire town, burst through all 5 walls of protection, managed to sneak in 7 inferno adult dragons, and managed to kill almost everybody in 30 minutes flat.
The attackers looked intriguing to be fair, with crimson-blood cane alloy helmets that were beautifully crafted into the fangs of dragons, and their steel red robes [yes, steel is red] that hid all blood stains perfectly.
Their swords, guns, cannons, sickles, the deadly double-edged jousters, and mounted bazookas killed anything that moved, men, women, and children. Truly, nobody was safe from the mass genocide.
Klein was still hanging on to his life as one of the attackers loomed over his head. Klein knew that he couldn't play dead, so he slowly raised his head.
The helmet wasn't a dragon, but a hammer bull, a face occupied by a giant red horizontal hammer and two long tusks.
Klein dared not speak a word, and the attacker kept the same motion. They didn't speak, they didn't move, am not even sure they even breathed, but they could hear the sound of explosions, see the embers of blue, orange, and pink flames, and feel the heat of the fire. They could also smell blood, fuel, and maybe burnt food left in the fire for too long.
The Attacker was joined by two more with dragon helmets. The attacker drew his sword and spoke in a loud, deep, and eerie voice that greatly scared Klein.
"For the love of the great king Otto the Third," he said, "I pledge to my liege my loyalty, as I bring the great Rainbow clan to extinction. Though lives were laid for this victory, we pray for their soul to rest with the Almighty, with no fear, worries, or sorrows, Amen."
The end of the prayer followed with all the Attackers repeating the same Amen. The Hammer Bull attacker was correct, as before the dragons entered the battle, the screams of the Rainbow warriors were heard, fighting off the attackers with their might.
Their powers were great, but not great enough. A certain warrior was sure to change the tide of the Battle, but he got buried before he could release his Divinity. His name...The Powerful Black in the Rainbow; Jugram Quincell
The Attackers were surrounding Klein, with the Hammer Bull preparing to strike. Klein knew it was over, but he hadn't read the last line, the last few quotes of the book he was so obsessed with, the book that fried this Apothecary's mind and forced him to digest every information he got, studying day and night.
"What have you..." Klein spoke with fatigue, blood loss, and rage: "What have you done to my village ?"
"Your village?" An attacker with the helmet of a dragon spoke up, squatting on a pillar Klein once knew, a pillar of Klein's fallen bed chamber, but the Attacker paid no attention to the pillar and continued
"This place has failed to uphold the wishes of The Great King Otto the Third, Our Order and Lord, and we have to carry out his dearest wishes to eradicate you people any way possi....."
Before the Attacker could finish, another attacker with a helmet carved into an Arachi [Giant spiders with giant problems] launched faster than Klein's bloodshot eyes could keep up and decapitated the attacker's head.
The Head of the Attacker fell, and nobody seemed to be bothered, as if they were expecting it. Klein was so petrified much that even he wasn't moved by the death of the attacker.
Though it was brutal indeed, he had seen more brutal things at the moment.
"My dearest Apologies," The Hammer Bull Attacker calmly said, and it looked like he was the leader. Not because no one was decapitating his limbs when he spoke, but because the other Attackers stayed clear of him. His presence was threatening enough, and Klein was forced to talk to the butcher of his people.
"Some people have no manners, but he was correct. Your people have disobeyed our Order and Lord, and He is quite furious. It was inevitable, as a thousand men were needed for this to happen, and the dragons were a hassle to breed. And yes, we are to kill you also."
Klein could see the Arachni Attacker cleaning her sword. Yes, it was a 'her' due to Klein having the innate talent of discerning genders. He couldn't just feel feminism; he felt bloodthirst, evil and malice. The 2-meter-long blade she beheld were frightening. The lady reminded him of his 1st daughter... who got murdered when she was raped.
Klein tried to stay focused, so he spoke to prolong the conversation further to delay his death, maybe he felt hope at that time, "If he... was right, .....then..why...was he killed ?"
"Because he has no authority to speak yet, and disobedience comes with punishment, and your village is an example."
This man scared Klein, and Klein hated him so much. "What have my village done.....what...sin ?"
"You being aware of the situation is useless, because what use is knowledge when it is at the hands of a dead man ?"
Klein knew the Attacker was right, but he still needed answers to carry to the grave. Dragons of any kind are quite rare and have tried to stay away from humans ever since the disappearance of the Eldest Dragon, Grandos. The Dragons blamed humans for his disappearance, but they believed he was alive.
If the Attackers are sent by King Otto the Third, what is the royal family doing with 7 inferno dragons when they banned the hunt of any dragons? And any breeding attempt will result in execution?
These questions scratched the edges of Klein's brain, and he needed answers.
Klein was truly a man of Curiosity.
"My village is my home, tell me what sin we have committed, do you wish to leave a man to wander the plane of the phantoms with so many questions ?" Klein has steadied his breathing, and his blood has stopped flowing profusely. He was still bleeding, but not too fatal.
"Why not ask the Almighty when you get there ?"
Klein knew the Attackers were going to kill him either way, but he needed just a few more seconds.
"Please, I beg of you, tell me our sins, this is my dying wish."
The Attacker lowered his sword, a 3-meter-long blade made out of red steel that seemed to steal the hope of Klein's survival out of his mind, but the Apothecary remained focused.
"To be truthful to you, we do not know"
Klein was so shocked that he almost allowed himself to continue bleeding. To initiate the plan, he had to be focused, but his mind was puzzled. Who kills an entire clan for no reason?
His wife and family...gone, for no reason?
The Attacker continued, "We do not know why our Order commanded us to kill this clan, but we do not question it. His words are true and absolute. Blessed by the Almighty and Cherished by his bloodline, we obey. And I say unto you, dear Member of the Rainbow clan...Perish"
The Attacker seemed further away at this, and he lifted the sword over his head. The blade glowed very brightly and seemed to almost blind Klein's eyes, but he needed 10 more seconds. An Inferno Dragon landed behind the Attacker and breathed a great deal of bright red fire. This only made the Attacker look more bloodthirsty.
Finding one dragon was nearly impossible, and an Inferno dragon is estimated to take months, maybe even years, to catch just a young one, but these people just arrived at the Village with 7 of these powerful creatures.

Klein's plan was almost over, even though this plan would be a 1 in 200 chance of being effective, the Apothecary was determined. I have been using the title "Apothecary" too much, but that is what Klein was, is, and will be.
From the tender age of 5, he wanted to gain the title of healing people on the battlefield and deciding the stakes of lives. He was destined for greatness, and it was going to be cut short by this red devil. He was about to receive another child from his 2nd wife. Pain throbbed through Klein's heat, realizing that his unborn child would never see the beauty of his clan.

It was so close for Klein to being recognized by one of the greatest Apocethary of all time, Leywin Edger. His family is dead, his whole clan partially dead, and his life is burnt to a crisp. Even though he won't survive, he wants to make sure that the Attackers will sacrifice more before they leave, and above all else, he must read the last sentence of the book.

You must be wondering why I said the Clan was partially dead
1
That is because Klein is trying to bring back a warrior from the dead

The black in the rainbow.
A 10-foot blast stone sculpture, which was hurled very quickly from a dark area of smoke, caught the attacker off guard and immediately crushed the Attacker under thousands of pounds of force.
All Attackers drew out their swords, guns, and any killing invention and faced a bloody man standing beside Klein. He was shirtless, bloody, tired, fatigued, flawed, insane, 30 years of age, fast, and mighty;
Jugram Quincell was brought back from the brink of death.
Jugram said nothing in the face of battle; that's because he understood the assignment. He launched forward and pierced his hands through the armor of two Attackers.
Even though The Armour is made of Blood cane metal, which burns up to 600 degrees Malcey, Jugram laughed and continued to take more Attackers to the grave.
He moved too quickly to keep up and swiftly took out 5 attackers before a 2-meter-long sword was lodged into his ribs. He stopped halfway and studied the blade. The Arachi Attacker was quick enough to stab him, but Jugram pulled the blade out and licked some of his blood off it.
"What a marvelous splendour. A truly great time to get fresh blood. You have my thanks, Klein. Using your Divinity to track and heal me, high IQmove."
Jugram's voice was grating and somehow hollow, but he managed a faint smile.
"Now, you malevolent demons killed my 3 wives, my 15 children, and proceeded to bury me under my abode. Now you are going to kill me, with my own hands. I don't care if I die, as long as I am bringing you bastards with me."
The Arachi Attacker dashed forward to Jugram, but he managed to jump over her and land on her with a very large amount of force.
Jugram pulled one of his fingers and ate it. The Attackers looked scared and Confused, confirming that the Arachi attacker was a very powerful warrior.
Klein knew what Jugram was about to do and ran for it. As Jugram was indulging in his blood spray, Klein used the opportunity to heal himself.
His skin paled, his limbs twisted, and a new mouth bloomed on his forehead. This was Jugram's "Fear Devil Mode," the ambassador of Fear, Absolute Fear, and Nothing but Fear.
"Which of you bastards would like to die first?"
As Jugrams finished his transformation, a big explosion happened. Jugram called this his Dramatic sequence, and it damaged some of the Attackers.
Klein ran to a safe spot and opened His book to the last page. It was hard to read with ash, holes, and food stains, but Klein made out some of the text, and it read:
"The mortal man is nothing but a vessel, and the immortal man is nothing but an empty vessel. Order and love, Justice and hope, were worshipped throughout the lands. The Mortal Man embodies these emotions and is filled with them, like water in a pot. But the immortal Man is different.
"No Order in his existence as death is a necessity, no love for his humanity as he sold it, no Justice to his ideals and his ways for eternal escape, and no hope as he believes he is invincible. They are the same, Mortal and Immortal, but they are different in volume and quality. My story ends here as these are the end of my days, but dear reader, the past is the past, and the present is the present, but the future is both. Confusing? Is the truth for you? Just leave with these words, to all Ozworld residents and those who cherish it, I wish you great success ...."
Jugram got overwhelmed by Attackers and Dragons, and from the area of the battle, a large explosion woke. Klein knew it was Jugram's final attempt, his last push. "The Nightmare Bomb".
Even though Jugram and Klein will die, at least the Rainbow clan went down fighting to the bitter end, and the Hammer Bull guy will most likely die. Klein read the last quote :
"...To those that seek the mysteries."
The end. Is over. The story of both the book and Klein was over. Klein closed his eyes and waited for the explosion to reach him.
He started to remember all the best times of lives; When he got accepted to be an Apocethary, when he married Angela, Moon, Zhora, Mou Mou, and Jericho, when he killed a 4 striped Hozzilla, and when he reached The Island or Mermaids for his son's, Cobey, Marriage.
The explosion reached Klein, and this is where the story ends.
