Its bladed tail striked Kain's shield again and and again and again—twisting and going different angles, finding an opening that could successfully strike Kain from behind the shield.

A sudden whip of force and momentum as the tail of the creature struck Kain's shield even more powerfully.

Kain's shield was violently knocked back, the blow sending his body stumbling as his boots scraped across the ground.
