Nick nodded. What else was he supposed to do?
Eo looked at him for a moment. She was a little worried about his reaction. For now, it seemed like he was holding off on doing the reacting, but it was clear that he was not a fan of these circumstances and revelations.
If it had been unavoidable, he didn't mind everything that had happened until now. But he had almost died, kind of, several times. He…didn't want to blame Eo since she had been the one to save him.
But it just felt like his perspective had changed a lot with these new revelations.
