Nobody was more furious to see the picture of the Emperor dancing with Zhenzhen than the Empress. She saw it before the peepstar posted about it. Even though she was not well liked among the nobles, she had collaborative relationships with some and so they had some loyalty to her.
One of them had sent her the picture which in her books was the culmination of the humiliation the Emperor seemed to be determined to give her.
