Black vehicles with the sigil of the Imperial command pulled up the the empty beach. Yellow tape was already cordoning off the area near the highest rocks. It was the indicator that this a crime scene. The other indicator was the heavy police presence in the area.
The Imperial commander himself, Jun Mingzhe had come to the crime scene with Imperial police detectives. At the sight of him, officers stopped and saluted. They stepped out of his way and cleared a path for him that led to the body.
