After going through his trophies, he decided it was time to leave. Even if for no reason, just to be on the safe side. After all you shouldn't put all your eggs in one basket.
He could not put all his hopes into believing that no beast would dare to trespass the Winged Lizard's territory. Also after that fight he had a lot of blood on him.
This was from when he had slashed the spine of the Lizard. Blood had been spurting out like a fountain at that time so it was all but impossible to avoid.
'I remember that there was a lake not too far from here on the map.' He thought. After checking the map of the Fallen city on his students wristband, he confirmed its location and started walking away.
When he reached the edge of the roof he grinned. With a thought magic energy flowed out of his seal and surged through him. then a thin barrier appeared covered his body like a set of clothes glowing with a golden light.
Gravity Element Energy armor!
Among all the elemental affinity energies he controlled he was most glad that he had this power the rest, he even appreciated it more than he did the healer ability.
Prince Kaizer was very lucky that he had this affinity from birth.
It should be known that Gravity power was one of the rarest powers on could have alongside Space and time powers. In fact most people that had Gravity power were actually Earth element Mages that had mastered the power of earth to the extent they could now manipulate gravity. An Earth Mage that could do this would have already reached 6 star Mage before they could touch Gravity.
After activating the Gravity armor, he tested it a bit then made it negate the effect of Gravity on his body, then he made the gravity at his feet repel the earth instead of attract. As he did this he also jumped from the top of the ten story high building.
He was like a bullet shot forth.
Without the limitations of the laws of gravity, he was able to attain a speed that startled even himself.

He was not able to control himself with the abrupt rise in speed and he crashed into a building.
"Fuck, that hurts!" he cried as he got back to his feet. After reorienting himself a bit, he continued on his way, and as he ran he tested different ways he could use the new gravity power.
The feeling of not having gravity acting on you was like flying. It was exhilarating! But there were also downsides to not having it.
First of all, one must know that gravity was the force the planet exerted on everything that pulled them to it, if there was no gravity everything would just float in space since they could not fall back down.
Weight does not exist without gravity!
Without the help of gravity to pull you back down when you kicked off the ground, you wouldn't be able to run at your top speed since you could not run in midair. At most your first launch would determine your maximum speed.
Because of this he no longer completely negated gravity he left just a little bit of it to affect him that way he could bring out its full potential.
He tested all kinds of stuff while he ran; how to best manipulate gravity to enhance agility, how the power of gravity could be used to strengthen his attacks ways that gravity alongside earth energy could be used to raise defense power and so on,

Drake soon landed next to a lake in the middle of a forest area. This area used to be a wild life reserve so he was extra careful and activated the 'Eye of Order' to scan the surroundings.
"Why is there not a single beast around?" he was puzzled by the sight.
Any places with a necessity like water usually always had many bests around it, so Drake was surprised when he did not see beasts crawling all around this water source.

Drake also was about to retreat he knew just how scary a 3 star Mage could be so just how powerful would a Grade 3 beast that was said to be even stronger be?
But when he remembered the blood all over him, he hesitated. With blood all over him he was practicably a walking beacon to all magical beasts, there was not one place he could go without drawing the attention of beasts that smelled the blood. And this fallen city was full of beasts.
He looked at the lake again to see if there really was no chance. The lake was over 200 meters wide, and the Armored Alligator was only about 30 meters away from himself who was standing at the shore.
He recalled the information he had learned about 3 star Mages and Grade 3 magic beasts.
At this level just like a Mage, a magical beast can also use long range attacks with their magic power. That meant this Armored Alligator only needed to use its earth element to have an earth spike shoot out of the ground and impale him in place, killing him instantly.
This long distance attack was one of the reasons why 3 star Mages and Grade 3 magic beasts were so scary, they could kill you before you could even get close enough to attack them, unless maybe you used a long range weapon.
Drake did not have any range weapons with him, so that made it impossible for him to attack it without getting close. Plus using a weak long range weapon against the Armored Alligator would not work with its terrifying defense.
In fact even if he somehow managed to get close enough to attack it with his sword, he would not be able to cut through its armor talk less of hurt it. If he could not break that defense he could forget about killing the beast.
But all hope wasn't lost against Grade 3 beasts. The magical beasts could use ranged attacks just like Mages but they all had a small limitation. At this stage no matter how powerful the were they could not attack something 5 meters away.
Unless they were under special conditions!
Drake walked around the lake to an area furthest from the prehistoric fossil. He had no intention getting in a fight with a beast whose Battle Power was in the six digits, especially not in its own territory.
He kept the 'Eye of Order' locked on to the Alligator then slowly immersed himself into the lake's waters. He was not taking any chances with this big guy, the instant he noticed the beast move he would immediately get the hell out of the water.
'I can imagine how many unsuspecting suckers must have been devoured to get this guy to evolve into a Grade 3 beast.' He thought while he let the water rinse away all the blood on him.

In the meantime, while Drake was immersed under water he had no idea that several grey wolves were gathering at the shores of the lake.
They had noticed Drake when he had been busy moving around the lake earlier, but did not immediately attack the intruder.
As Grade 2 beasts they had some intellect. They knew that attacking and scaring their prey immediately would only result in risking the intruder escaping, so they refrained from doing so.
Instead they had several of them spread out to surround the area. With so many of them forming a perimeter, the intruder could forget about escaping their tight net.
Drake who was in the lake only knew of the danger under water and remained unaware of the danger that lay on the land.

It had been a few minutes. Yet, there was still no reaction from the Alligator, "Did this guy fall asleep? He's not making any moves." Drake thought, but he was happy that the Alligator was not attacking. 'Even though it is boring, boring is safe, so boring is good!'
By now the blood had all completely washed off and since the Armored Alligator was not acting he relaxed a bit. Suddenly, he felt an ominous premonition as his sense started to scream danger.
His eyes instantly sharpened, he did not hesitate to activate the Gravity armor and used the repelling force pushed himself up. As he swung his arms to propel himself out the 'Eye of Order' caught a glimpse of some movement about twenty meters away to his left.
