Chapter 57 - Chapter 57 Brain.exe Has Stopped Working

After returning home from another long mission, Natsumi was greeted not by silence but by the smell of freshly brewed tea and the gentle clatter of kitchenware.

Inside her home stood a Hyuga girl, quietly tending to the cooking and cleaning like she belonged there. Meanwhile, her younger brother sat cross-legged beside the pond in their courtyard, eyes closed in meditation, as if he hadn't a care in the world.

She sat down at the dining table, sighing heavily. Her fingers curled around the freshly poured cup of tea, and she took a slow sip.

The tea was good, really good. Warm, earthy, and fragrant, brewed with rare and expensive herbs.

That made her pause.

When had her brother become the kind of person who stocked rare herbs in the pantry?

Actually… now that she thought about it, wasn't he also the one who made a fortune gambling? He was so absurdly wealthy, he had paid off Tsunade's gambling debts and still had enough leftover to fund her early retirement.

And yet… he hadn't. And she doesn't want it either. Kadoya wants Natsumi to keep training and doing missions, wanting her to grow strong enough to awaken her Mangekyou, so he could eventually evolve his own into the Eternal Mangekyou. Meanwhile, she just wanted to get strong enough to finally beat him and make him admit she was still the older sibling.

As she took another sip, her expression darkened slightly.

How the hell did my bright little brother grow up into such a mysterious, money-hoarding, power-chasing weirdo?

Then the realization hit her.

She didn't make the tea.

Someone else had.

Her eyes slowly shifted to the girl in the kitchen. The Hyuga girl moved with practiced grace, folding dumplings, checking the soup, setting the table, all without a word.

Natsumi: "..."

Did… did my little brother bring home a wife… and not tell me?

Her eye twitched.

...

Sitting silently beside the pond, Kadoya opened his eyes after black markings began to form around them, dark, jagged streaks crawling across his skin. Six additional markings emerged across his face, each taking the shape of a closed eye. Slowly, two of them began to open, revealing another pair of eyes.

He studied his reflection in a mirror conjured with chakra, the rippling surface of the pond flickering beside him.

"Still imperfect..." he murmured, his voice low and calm. "But good enough."

He finally unlocked another trump card.

According to his memory, Jiraiya, after learning Sage Mode, became a true powerhouse; his strength has reached a point where he could go toe to toe with the Six Paths of Pain.

If only he had gotten more information early on, then he might not have died at the hands of his own students.

Ninja battle, if you aren't someone like Hashirama and Madara, is a battle of information. The more information you have on your opponents, the better chances you have to counter them.

For example, Obito's Kamui, if you know about his intangibility, you could easily counter it, like how Minato did in the original work; he quickly discovered and understood Obito's Kamui's intangibility before countering it with a Rasengan.

With so many hidden trump cards he now had, even Kage-level opponents might get killed by him.

Tailed-Beasts?

They are just oversized chickens for him to pick up with Enkidu.

"So... if I absorb too much natural energy, these markings turn into eyes?" Kadoya muttered, his voice low with intrigue. He fell silent for a moment, then a bizarre, brilliant idea slithered into his mind.

The two active eyes from his Spider Sage Mode suddenly shifted, his pupils began to spin, and the three tomoe of the Sharingan spun into existence, like crimson whirlpools carved from his madness.

Now he had four pairs of Sharingan.

With the advanced sensory boost of his Sage Mode layered on top, Kadoya's vision soared to unfathomable heights. He could see it all: a lone caterpillar inching along a leaf, unaware of the mantis lurking in the shadows just a few leaves away, three blocks from his house, and he was watching it from his yard.

His heart thudded in fascination.

"I can use my Sharingan through the extra eyes in Sage Mode," he muttered in awe, a realization settling in.

The Uchiha's powerful dōjutsu, the Sharingan.

The Uchiha have some forbidden techniques, like Izanagi and Izanami, which demand the permanent loss of a Sharingan. The Mangekyou abilities eroded the user's sight over time, leading to inevitable blindness.

But...

What if he only used those destructive techniques through the Sage Mode eyes? If they were damaged and went blind, he could just deactivate the form. And when he summoned it again, would fresh new Sharingan take their place?

His lips curled.

Then parted.

And from them erupted a jagged, uncontrollable burst of laughter.

"AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!"

His laugh echoed through the compound like a storm of unhinged glee.

A loud smack landed on the back of his head.

"Kid, cut it out! You're freaking me the hell out!" Naori snapped, appearing out of nowhere like a shadow. She scowled, arms crossed, though there was a glint of worry in her eyes.

As someone who lived through the age of Hashirama and Madara, she knew better than anyone the toll of the Uchiha's Curse of Hatred. She had created Izanami to save one soul from that abyss.

But now, she was dead. And if Kadoya fell into that same curse… who would be strong enough to bring him back?

Plus, seeing him with two pairs of Sharingan is really disturbing.

From the doorway, Natsumi and Saiguu poked their heads out, blinking at the sight of Kadoya hunched over, laughing like a lunatic.

They couldn't see the Sage markings or the extra eyes, just his back trembling with chaotic mirth.

The two girls exchanged glances.

"…Should we check on him?" Natsumi asked, brow furrowed.

Saiguu slowly backed into the house. "Nope. He's too far gone."

"…Right."

And with that, they both closed the door, leaving the Clan Head of the Uchiha to laugh at the edge of brilliance and madness.

"Flower Clone Jutsu!"

Kadoya finished his hand seals, and in a soft swirl of white flower petals, a clone materialized before him, identical in form, but already frowning with a disapproving glare.

The clone knew exactly what was coming.

"Now then…" Kadoya muttered, pressing his hands together.

All four Sharingan spun, and power surged.

"Slashed Dream Cries in Red!"

Kadoya's long black hair drained of color, turning ghostly white. His already pale skin bleached to pure white, the black marking and tattoo on his body glowed red. The clothes on his body inverted, turning black, and his signature blue scarf deepened into a rich, blood-red hue.

The world twisted in response.

The familiar setting collapsed into a surreal dreamscape: a black void stretched endlessly in all directions, with a black hole swirling in the distance. Crimson flower petals drifted like ash on the wind. Beneath their feet, the ground had become a perfectly still surface of obsidian water, reflecting the broken sky above.

The flower clone took a deep breath, bracing himself.

Kadoya charged forward, his fingers skimming the surface of the black water, shaping it into a curved, glimmering blade.

With a flick of his wrist, the water blade turned red, like freshly spilled blood, and he struck.

The blade passed through the clone, leaving an afterimage in its wake.

Then another swing.

And another.

Each strike produced ghost-like afterimages that danced across the void. Each slash carved through the clone, slicing it into halves that burst into drifting petals, only for the clone to regenerate itself using its own chakra, piecing its body back together mid-battle.

But with every regeneration, it weakened.

By the fifth strike, the clone's chakra was spent. The body unraveled, exploding into a flurry of white petals that scattered across the red-tinted void.

The dreamscape unraveled. The void collapsed. Reality restored itself.

Kadoya's hair and clothes returned to their normal shades, and the once-blood-red water blade faded back to its usual sea-blue hue before dissolving and splashing onto the ground.

He stood there, quiet.

"Fascinating..." he murmured, a bloody tear running down his third eye.

Then, with a final breath, he deactivated his Sage Mode.

The third eye vanished, and the petals were gone, leaving only a blood tear on his cheek.

Crossing his hands together, Kadoya tapped into the power of his Flower-Flower Fruit, another eye appeared on a nearby rock. The pupil spun, turning into the Sharingan, he could connect to these eyes, but besides casting genjutsu, and using the ocular power from them.

He couldn't cast any of his clan's forbidden jutsu, since those eyes are just replica of his actual eyes. If he could, he could have abused the shit out of Izanagi and Izanami. By then, even Madara wouldn't be able to stop him.

Just think about it. He would create a massive Sharingan on the moon, looking down at the world.

Madara started the Fourth Great Ninja War. Kadoya cast Izanami. They fought. Madara somehow wins. The world reset back to the start of the Fourth Great Ninja War. By then, the only way to break off this infinite loop is decided by Kadoya alone.

"If I recall correctly, a Devil Fruit power is a mix of the user's imagination and the fruit power itself. The Hana Hana No Mi allows the user to replicate and sprout pieces of their body from the surface of any object or living thing.

"Wait a minute... replicate and sprout pieces of my body." Kadoya opened his palm, and a red beating heart with veins appeared on his palm; this was a replica of his heart.

The heart began beating, and he could feel a small amount of blood being generated from it, although not much, due to not being connected to his lungs. Closing his hand, he quickly dismissed the replica heart.

Clearing his mind, Kadoya began to seriously thinking deeper about his power. The Mera Mera No Mi turns him into a living flame. While the Hana Hana No Mi lets him replicate pieces of his body.

In the original work, Robin only replicates her arms, legs, eyes, ears, and even her upper body. Kadoya never sees her create anything else, but now that he thinks more about it. Robin really never fully utilized the full power of her Devil Fruit.

Looking down at his hand again, but this time, white bone appeared covering his palm in a layer of bone armor.

"Hmmm, this is more difficult than I thought..." He murmurs as the bones glove grew into an entire gauntlet and a bone blade appeared, the blade was made entirely out of his bone, with the edge modified to be sharp like an actual blade.

Kadoya swung the blade before infusing Hamon into it. A leaf was cut off from a branch before the falling leaf was cleanly cut in half.

Smiling, he spun the blade in his hand before quickly dismissing both the bone blade and bone gauntlet.

The power to create replicas of one's own body is really, truly powerful, as long as it's a part of his body, he could directly create a replica and stack them on each other before he reinforced it with Hamon.

Turning pieces of his bones into an actual blade.

Although it's weaker than his Zanpakutō, stronger than his water blade, but slower to form. The bone blade he created is still a good weapon. Since it's made from his own bone, his chakra could be infused into it, plus, he could place seals onto the blade for some additional effect.

"Kid, you have the Shikotsumyaku!?" Naori asks, looking at Kadoya in disbelief. "You have Kaguya blood too? And that is a flower clone... You also have Wood Release? You even have Senju blood? And that technique you used on your clone... what was that!?"

Naori's brain was beginning to short-circuit, her CPU failing to keep up with what she had just witnessed. Although she was present to see Kadoya summon hundreds of Shadow Clones to train, she didn't really look too deeply into it. Thinking he is actually part Uzumaki's blood.

For some reason, her soul couldn't wander too far from his body, making it hard for her to see some of the clones practicing Flower, Leaf, and Ice Release in the far distance.

But she wasn't paying attention at that time, and after her conversation with Kadoya, she just quietly disappeared back into it without making a fuss over it, she still needed to find her way in the empty void of his inner world, searching to see if there are any lands of something inside him.

No person should have an inner world as empty and devoid as this.

"Heh!? Oh, you're still here." Kadoya turned to her and said in a casual tone, his mind was busy with the image of him covering himself in a lair of bone armor, a devil bone mask on his face, while he held his sword and shouted "Bankai".

"Don't think too much about it. It's all from a cheat anyway." Kadoya said casually, which just made Naori even more confused.

"That still explains nothing!" Naori's brain failed to comprehend what Kadoya just said to her.

"You haven't witnessed my true power yet. This is just a fraction of my power! When I gain more power, the world will have to bow to me and beg for peace!

By then, no one would dare to declare war anymore!

And an era of eternal peace could finally be achieved!" He said before chuckling darkly.

Naori's eyelid twitched as Kadoya seemed to resemble Madara more and more as she looked at him.

She couldn't understand how he had so many bloodlines and Kekkei Genkais.
