Chapter 123: The Evolved Shui Bing'er, Concept of a Martial Soul Fusion Technique

"Alright, Bing'er, tell us about the changes in your martial soul."
Qingluan, noticing his disciple's slightly reddened cheeks from the teasing, stepped in to shift the conversation.
"Yes, Teacher."
Shui Bing'er gave him a grateful look before regaining her composure.
After thinking for a moment, she spoke:
"Compared to before, I feel a much deeper connection with my martial soul, and my ability to sense ice elements has significantly improved."
As she spoke, she lightly grasped the air with her right hand, and a perfectly formed, crystalline snowflake appeared in her palm it showed no signs of melting.
"Not only that, but even the natural cold aura emitted by my martial soul is at least twice as strong as before. Even without any offensive soul skills, I no longer feel as disadvantaged against soul masters of the same level."
"And…"
She touched the ice crown on her head and gestured toward the milky white tail and crest feathers of her martial soul's Ice Phoenix.

A hint of excitement flashed in Shui Bing'er's eyes.

The group was stunned at first, then delighted by the possibility.
