Chapter 171 - 171. Tele relatives

After the match that marked the end of the Barracks Cup, although Kamu and Ajtony were both in a very strange mood, neither of them left the Athamanas alone. Or rather, Ajtony only left the hegin team alone for a few minutes while he went back to the headquarters to give orders to a few of their people to find the person who used their technique at the end of the competition. After doing this, he returned to the hegins and appeared next to Kamu, grinning, so that no one would see that he was limping in the wrong direction.

"So Teveli, where is your uncle?" Kamu asked, putting his arms around his youngest relative.

"I don't know. He should be somewhere near the exits. Theoretically, he's still the head of security." Teveli said, while looking suspiciously at the leader of the Immortal Mist.

"Then now is the time to find him." The ghost-man grinned and started to pull the boy towards the side of the arena.

"Maybe we'll be better off leaving them alone." Rahul chuckled when he saw Teveli's worried look, as the boy looked back at his friends with pleading eyes.

"I too think it's better if you leave them alom. Kamu won't let go of your buddy for a while now." Etele, who appeared at that moment next to his relative's shoulder, shook his head.

"I'll go after them eitherway." Suk shrugged. "We'll see you later." He waved to his friends, then picked up the pace after Teveli and Kamu who were getting further and further away.

"If they leave you, I'll lead you." Ajtony appeared laughing next to Suk who was walking at a fast pace.

"Then it's better if I don't get left behind! Kamu, Tev, wait!" He shouted after the pair and started running, making Ajtony laugh.

"This is my relative!" The poison-mixing ghost shouted and hurried after the group. The group, which had now become four, went to see Teveli's uncle.

"Uncle Tete!" Teveli greeted the older hegin, who was indeed found at one of the exits.

"Tev, Suk! Is Rahul okay? I didn't see almost anything from the end of the duel." The man said in a worried voice.

"He's okay, it was only the grandpa who appeared and possessed him, but he's fine." Teveli shrugged.

"I'm relieved. Who are your friends?" The Tele man asked, looking at the rather strange pair.

"As a matter of fact, we came because of them." The youngest Tele sighed.

"Mukei Vietryk!" The leader of the Immortal Mist, suddenly extended his hand to Tele Tete.

"Tele Tete..." The hegin-turned-teacher shook his hand slowly and suspiciously.

"Szotradoki Ajtony!" The sword ghost bowed before the man.

"What is this Mukei?" Suk blinked at the ghost-man in confusion.

"That's my job name." The Ishán of the Mist shrugged.

"He looks like the trouble-making ghost of the Koáls." Tele Tete muttered under his breath.

"Because that's what I am. Koál..." Here he thought for a moment. "I mean, originally Teike Kamu. And you are my descendants and as such it is my job to teach you how to use Teike abilities. So..." The ghost-man grinned. "Where is your office?" He asked, which only made Tele Tete fold his arms in front of him.

"I'm sorry, but you're human and not a ghost. And it's out of the question that we're related." The Tele man rolled his eyes.

"He's telling the truth." Teveli noted, which made his uncle look at him in surprise.

"Okay! I'm giving a storytime to you, but not here. So, where is your office? It would be better if start as soon as possible." Kamu put his hands on his hips.

"Give me a minute." The man smiled faintly. "Alkekengi, get out of my room!" He said in a flat voice, then turned on his heel and started walking towards the school. "Aren't you coming?" He looked back at the team.

"What was that?" Kamu scratched his head.

"I told the danovus to get out of my room. Now she'll probably be hanging around your friend again." He glanced at Suk and Teveli.

"Ah, Wandi can handle her." Suk waved.

"If you say so." He shrugged before the group actually retreated to Tele Tete's room, which was more like a small house than a room, but no one brought that up to him. "So you want me to believe that the Koál troublemaker ghost is our relative?" The man asked seriously and folded his arms in front of him again.

"From back in Athira's time." Kamu waved.

"Well, let's say I believe we're related, but only because you said you're giving me the story. That still doesn't explain why you're alive." He looked over Kamu again.

"This is the fault of the Teike ability." Here the ghost-man held his chin with one hand. "So it's probably the result of the ability being enhanced with the gift of humans." He finally shrugged.

"And what exactly is this Teike ability you're talking about?" The Tele man asked, which made Kamu just grin.

"Now you'll get a demonstration." Ajtony rolled his eyes. "I'll come when you're done." The sword ghost disappeared from sight.

"This is the Teike ability." As the words left his lips, Kamu's face began to fade, and his brown eyes were slowly covered with complete blackness. "And now I am the Koál troublemaker ghost again." The man chuckled and to justify himself he simply ran through the wall and back. "Our family's special ability is that we are able to cross over to the Shadow World while we are still alive." He took on human form again as he explained.

"What?" Tele Tete blinked in confusion.

"You heard right. This is the reason why it is very difficult for us to summon ghosts. And don't ask what happens to our bodies while we are in ghost form, because I have no idea. The point is that it can always appear out of nowhere when needed." The ghost-man put his hands on his hips. "Ah, judging by your faces, you have both experienced how difficult it is to summon. Right, don't worry, once you get the hang of it it will be much easier." He grinned.

"And how do you want to teach us this?" Tele Tete swallowed hard, but his question only made Kamu laugh.

"Just like our father taught me and my twin brother. There are three things you must never forget. One." He raised his thumb. "You are alive, no matter what anyone says. Two." He also held out his index finger. "Let go, your kí knows what you want." Kamu thought for a moment. "To tell the truth, that's probably why you need to practice the most. As ghosts, we are much more closely tied to our kís and it's not easy to control. Finally, three!" He lowered his hand. "The ability is a gift from the ghost king, don't abuse it. At least that's what our father always said. My three is easier if you are a ghost for too long, you die!" As he said this, he stood in front of the two Tele descendants and held his index finger above the middle of their foreheads. "Now, come back! Good luck!" He tapped his two offspring on the foreheads, only for the two people's figures to begin to fade.
