Taryn ended the call and pursed her lips with slight worry in her eyes. She nodded and replied, "Another body was found near the abandoned cotton mill near the docks. You have heard of it, right?"
"I have," Mia slowly answered as she recalled the cotton mill about which Taryn was telling her. It was an old mill which had been abandoned for more than ten years; the owner of the mill was arrested for adding harmful colours to the fabric and messing around with the quality of the fabric.
Later on, the wife and son of the cotton mill died in front of the building due to some freak accident while trying to avoid the workers who were demanding their wages be paid.
Ever since then, no one had bothered to go to the cotton mill, as everyone thought that it was unlucky.
