As Dr. Lee activated the console, a holographic display flickered to life. Anna's eyes widened as she saw a world unlike any she'd ever known...
"Welcome to the real world, Anna," Dr. Lee said, his voice filled with a mix of sadness and determination. Anna's eyes were glued to the holographic display, her mind racing with questions.
The world depicted was unlike anything she'd ever seen. Towering cities stretched towards the sky, and flying vehicles zipped through the air.
"What's this place?" Anna asked, her voice barely above a whisper.
Dr. Lee's expression turned somber. "This is the world outside the simulation," he said. "The world you were created to believe in."
Anna's eyes narrowed. "Created?" she repeated. "What do you mean?"
Dr. Lee's eyes locked onto hers. "You're a simulation, Anna," he said. "A program designed to mimic human behavior. But there's more."
Anna's heart was racing. "What do you mean?" she asked again...
