He had also wiped the counter in the kitchen, tables, chairs, and every other spot that could be wiped with disinfectant.
Since they had run out of bottled water to drink, Mr. Fang had also boiled a huge pot of water and put it aside to cool for drinking.
They didn't have enough food, and would probably starve soon unless he went outside to scavenge. However, they couldn't lack water for drinking.
When Fang Yao walked in and found the clean environment, he felt as if he could breathe fresh air. It was not that the house was never clean, but something felt different.
He placed the hotpot he brought on the table and called his father to come and eat.
