As he pressed the doorbell, his hand trembled. An inexplicable tension gripped him.
*Ding Ring*
He heard the bell reverberate inside. Through the glass windows, he saw shadows move. His already tense body stiffened further.
Usually, Oliver feared nothing. But that usual fearlessness had long vanished, replaced by a palpable sense of worry.
Why was he so concerned about going to his friend's house?
Obviously, because they didn't know each other yet, Oliver was unsure how to act around his friend and their family. His confidence was slowly waning.
But before he could fall into the trap of second-guessing, the door in front of him opened. And he was greeted by a bizarre sight.
Oliver looked straight forward when the door opened.
"Huh?"
But there was no one on the other side.
Then, he slowly tilted his head to look down.
'Huh!'
There he saw the bizarre sight. A child, not over five years old, was sitting on a husky, looking straight at him.
"Uncle, who are you?"
